Call them if you are a millionaire, otherwise stay clear. Oh, they wouldn't return my call when I wanted to complain about the charge. They were quick to pick up the phone when I needed service. So they do screen their calls. What a rip-off! Never again!!!

Attempt 1 was just after we bought our house. They came, we paid them a few hundred $$ to do the estimate, they gave us an estimate, which we approved. Then we waited...and waited...and waited. More than a year passed and they never came and did the work. When we finally got a call back, they explained that an employee had died during that year, which somehow precluded them from communicating with us. Ok so we asked again for them to fix the fireplace. Although they'd already been here, and already given an estimate, and the fireplace had been unusable--they insisted they needed to come out again to give us an estimate. They charged over $400 to come out. Fine, we paid, they came out. The guy who came seemed knowledgeable and we were hopeful! But a month passed and there was no new estimate. I called repeatedly--no one ever answered or returned my call when I left a message. I emailed repeatedly; they did not respond. Finally, more than a month after coming out, I *finally* got someone on the phone and they sent an estimate. The estimate wasn't exactly what we'd discussed, and didn't include any timeline, so I replied with two simple questions. Again, no response. I repeatedly called. Repeatedly emailed. No response. It is now two months out, and they are unreachable and unresponsive. It's clear that they have no intention of doing the work. We've paid them over $700 just to be ghosted TWICE. As far as I'm concerned, charging that much to give an estimate, needing to be *constantly hounded* to actually give the estimate, and then disappearing is fraud.

They cleaned the fireplace but never fixed it. Mark skipped out on at least 3 scheduled appointments for one reason or another. Enviro, the manufacturer, has no solution but to go through the local distributor. Mark is the only one in this region, maybe even the state. I am out $7,000 (including installation). The worst part is I really loved the stove. I'm totally out of options.

Had to pay a lawn service several hundred dollars to help kill Johnson grass and other weeds. Lot of areas built up with topsoil are still bare. I contacted contractor and was told they did everything they were supposed to do. Also had them come again and repair where cable line was buried. It looked no better when they did this than when line was buried. So far I have spent almost $8000 dollars and still have to aerate the lawn and reseed hoping next year will grow back.

I wrote back asking for them to redo some of my plants and add mulch. They came out and sent me a proposal for a reasonable price, but then I had to send several additional emails to get the work scheduled. Scheduling took a long time and although I asked to be home while they did the work and let them know when I had an appointment that day they arrived just as I was leaving, and while I was gone put the plants in all the wrong places. They came back and fixed it and again looked good. I contacted them because there was some areas where water was pooling so they said they'd come back to add some more mulch to fill in those areas. For some reason that took a month to get done with multiple additional email as follow up from them was often poor. They were again going to come out while I was home and assured me they'd call. Of course neither of those happened. Overall, while they work was good the process was horribly frustrating and I'll look elsewhere next year.

I was referred by a moms group for a kitchen remodel. I called and spoke with a Robin over the phone. She was so helpful and professional and made me feel so comfortable. I stopped in and was greeted with a smile. Robin showed me around and It was a pleasurable experience. Making such a big and costly decision to remodel can be stressful and she was like a breath of fresh air. They did not have a round one, but their in-house crew was able to take a second rug just like the one I purchased and cut it into a round and seamed it along the entire edge. It looks amazing! Kudos to their in-house people that did this. They were fantastic. Lastly, their crew that laid the carpet did a great job matching the seams.
