I took the box back with my receipt and the manager said it was 62 days and it must be returned within 60 days and circled it on the receipt and handed it back to me. "Seriously ?", I asked. "Here's a suggestion! Circle the 60 day while I'm standing at the register and have me initial that I understand the return policy!" He then added that they could not go past 60 days because of the colors in 60 days could be different. I explained that it was marble and has a variety of colors in the box, so it isn't like fabric, and he walked away. Florida Tile from here on out!!

Kept getting calls to pick up before "the end of the month" so they could clear out warehouse. I did even though I wasn't ready for it - thought I was doing them a favor. Brought back $1k in tile and grout and was told I was ***three days*** past the 60 day return window and they were going to "do me a favor" by returning the money to a gift card. For which I have absolutely NO USE since they only sell tile and related supplies and I don't have any more projects planned. Buyer beware!!! And shame on you Tile Shop - and your inability to make it right for the customer.

The prices on those items were steep. Most of the larger household items like furniture or home maintenance essentials were visibly damaged. Lots of "ding and scratch" products. I wasn't very impressed with the prices, there were some bargains, yes. But plenty of the products were above the price point of other off price stores in the area. I also found a couple of health and beauty products that were labeled "not for sale in the USA" (see pictures) do with that what you may, but I was hesitant due to the uncertainty of the ingredients. Overall, if you're looking for an off-price store for various products, this would probably fit the bill. Is it the best? No. It's alright. It may be worth a look, but I'd recommend managing your expectations.

From our first contact with Jason (sales) to the final inspection with Erik (Production Manager) the entire project and finished product is EXCELLENT. Jason LISTENED to everything we desired for our new kitchen and submitted a design and proposal that, after a few minor tweeks, met our requirements and budget. Jason and Erik visited our home, reviewed the drawings, made some suggestions, and set an approximate start date. When working with a contractor communication is a primary requirement. We were constantly updated on start dates, daily and weekly planning, daily progress, and any minor delays. Any questions we had were responded to with specific answers, not generalities. Prior to the project commencing, Erik introduced us to David (project manager) who informed us of the procedures and the temporary inconveniences we would be experiencing. The renovation began on schedule. David coordinated the entire project with his team, John and Dan (plumbers), Vern (electrician), Fred (painters), and Max (delivery and cleanup), all who did everything to make this process as unimposing as possible. As each day concluded, the area was cleared and cleaned. We now have a beautiful new kitchen. Kitchens By Design's staff and attention to detail are a hallmark for other companies to emulate.

The gloss is so even and sharp I'm afraid to even leave a fingerprint on it. The photo attached does not do justice. Of note, there are epoxy fumes as it dries for a couple of days so I'd recommend turning on the vent and sealing the door with a towel to air it all out.
