The windows arrived and the install team was fantastic. Doug, Wayne, Wes and Rick were all very friendly, prompt, courteous, and did a quality install job. As they found problems, they went out of their way to fix them. In one case, the board under one of the large windows was completely rotten. I have photos showing exactly how poorly these were installed. For a company that markets itself as providing "energy-efficient" windows, this level of workmanship is inexcusable. First install they used very little insulation, you could see daylight through the rough opening. Also installed with zero water protection and flashing. After several revisions they got some of the windows correct. The ones that I didn't inspect, when the wind blows the curtain moves. We had 30 year old windows before some even single pane, but I believe the home is less efficient now with new windows than it was before. Its been 3 years and im still missing screens from install. And now I have moisture and fog between the glas pains. The clips to open the window break and fall off after the first use. Terrible product, terrible install, less efficient than before.
