When the time comes to replace your home's roof you have a lot of questions that you don't know the…read moreanswers to. I saw a Klaus crew working in my neighborhood so I reached out to the Project Manager who then contacted the company's Inspector, Josh. When Josh came to inspection our roof and to provide an estimate of what our 40 year old home needed, the report was very detailed about what we needed to have done. The inspection revealed some small problems which we will be addressing with the replacement work but we had NO idea the problems existed! Josh make a thorough inspection of not only the roof but the attic area above the house and garage. (This was not a drive by inspection). The Estimate provided by Josh was very detailed and itemized for the Roof and Gutter work our home needed. Everything was listed and the price was very competitive. Looking forward to the installation.

They did return my call this morning to advise me there's nothing they could do. They do not have an office that serves us. She suggested calling a local roof company to come inspect it. My family member is living a nightmare because of Quincey Barrett. They paid $25,000 to have the…read moredoors in their entire home replaced. Instead of finishing the job, Quincey Barrett ripped out the old doors, left the home in shambles, and vanished with the money. The house is now in a far worse state than when it started--it is unsecured, unfinished, and $25,000 has been stolen. This is not a "bad contractor" experience; this is professional fraud and property abandonment. URGENT CALL TO ACTION: If you have also been a victim of Quincey Barrett, do not wait. Go to your local police station and file a report for construction fraud and theft by deception. We are working with the authorities to ensure there is a paper trail for this criminal behavior. You should also report them to the State Licensing Board immediately. Save your family the trauma and the money--stay as far away from Quincey Barrett as possible.

NOTE: ALL OF THE FOLLOWING IS DOCUMENTED through text…read moremessages, phone calls, photographs, home inspections, signed contracts, and additional records. Recent reviews accurately reflect the fraudulent conduct of CPR. The company, owned and operated by Quincy Barrett (CEO) and Brandy Barrett (CFO), misrepresents services and caused us and other clients to lose thousands of dollars. CPR engages in repeated deception, creating a pattern of inconsistent and false statements. Communication is routinely delayed or nonexistent. Quincy Barrett goes silent for days and weeks at a time when updates are requested regarding the contracted project. Signed contracts are breached, and "lifetime warranties" become void when Quincy Barrett fails to meet contractual obligations. Quincy leaves before projects are completed or even begun. The project that was said would take two weeks to be completed did not even begin until 5 months later. The funniest yet is that the project remains unfinished one year and one day after the contract was signed on 12/12/24. CPR provides proof of current insurance coverage and then knowingly cancels the policy prior to the start of the project. When asked about insurance coverage for multiple property damages and a homeowner's bodily injury caused by materials left in the yard, CPR provided evasive responses and no resolution. The homeowner is instructed to cover the damages out of pocket with the promise of reimbursement, RIGHT... Documented damages include the central AC unit, windows and screens, security cameras, all landscape lighting, and most of the landscaping. Quincy Barrett pressures homeowners to authorize loan disbursements using false statements. When contacted by the loan company, he falsely stated that only one piece of siding remained to be installed for completion. CPR abandons a gutter, roofing, and siding project in an unfinished and unsafe condition, compromising the integrity of the home. The most documented deficiencies include gutters installed incorrectly, large sections of siding not installed, siding was installed on half of the porch ceiling instead of soffit, missing water barriers on exposed areas, no insulation in open sections of the home, an unfinished roof, multiple electrical outlets left exposed to the elements, and open gaps in the siding that have allowed vermin enter a previously sealed home now. Due to Quincy Barrett's failure to properly oversee the project in his role as project manager, custom window framing was not installed and may not have even been ordered. Security camera footage showed Quincy Barrett personally managing approximately one hour of the exterior project, which consisted primarily of walking the property and unloading supplies. A refund for the nonexistent custom window framing was eventually issued. However, CPR initially failed to provide the refund due to insufficient funds from the company account. Quincy Barrett claims the account was impacted by fraud. The refund was ultimately issued only after a cashier's check was demanded. Following the submission of the first review, and only review until today, 12/13/25, a 2:00 AM text message was received containing a screenshot of the review and a threatening message. The nature of the threat, whether physical or legal, is unclear. A request for clarification received no response. Responses provided by CPR now will consistently satisfy their claims, regardless of factual documentation. The conduct of Quincy and Brandy Barrett demonstrates a pattern of misrepresentation, nonperformance, and intimidation.

We also had all the fascia and shutters replaced. The roof was completed in one day, with the gutters, downspouts and fascia being replaced the next 2 days. They also painted all the vent stacks and our chimney a flat black which really added to the appearance of the house. It was an excellent job, with excellent quality and a fair price. We have really been pleased with the results, except for the shutters. We had wooden shutters that were attached with screws. They had to be painted every 5 years or so, and some had to be replaced due to wood rot. The new shutters are plastic with plastic fasteners. We have had 3 instances with high winds where one or two of the 2nd story shutters got blown off. Each time Sean came out and re-attached them. We had 2 blow off a couple weeks ago when the remnants of Helene came through. The shutters are attached by 4 fasteners. Sean suggested we add 2 in the middle, which he did - hopefully that solves the problem! My point is - they did a great job in 2017 and they have always followed up with service whenever we had an issue - which is what you want from a quality roofing company.

Titan had ZERO (0) complaints with the BBB in the 10+ years they have been in business, and been a BBB member, to which I was astounded. These days people leave a 1 star review if a wrapper is torn on a package. When Randy came to review and prepare a quote, he explained their process in detail including screening the perimeter to catch nails and debris. They stripped the roof down to the wood sheathing and replaced everything including both step and counter flashing in one day. A different crew returned the next day and removed and upgraded our gutters to 6" with new downspouts, also in 1 day. The roof and gutters look amazing, and Shawn and his crew were great do work with. I highly recommend Titan... - R. Gregory
