We were promised that this work and the material has guarantees and warranties and absolutely nothing has come forward despite numerous requests. Chuck, along with his son, was quick to respond, listen to our needs, give us estimates, and remain in constant communication with us. Pictures were taken to show us what needed our attention and a scheduling of services began. We did not know that our chimney needed repair. One of his crew came prior to any roofing being installed to restore our chimney. We appreciated the detailed pictures that were shown to us before of the damaged areas and after to show us the work completed. His company/crews proceeded to install new wood where there was weather damage, put up weather barriers on everything, completed our roof, installed new siding over the original wood siding on our house/workshop. New porch posts were designed and detailed trim work completed. Each day the debris and trash were cleaned up and hauled away. They made sure everything was left neat and tidy. The job is done and everything looks beautiful! We are so thankful to have found a company that had constant communication with us allowing us the time to choose the proper colors with the corresponding accessories. A non-permitted loft and water leak caused a two-inch floor slope on the second floor. Bobby worked until he found the damage and made the repairs in a way that the structure is better now than the original build! In addition to that, he did a laundry list of repairs, painting, flooring, installation of all kinds of fixtures, countertops, bath surround, etc. His installations went beyond what had to be done. I had All Around Roofing out four times for this roof leaking in the same spot, but the leak remained. After All Around Roofing did not return my calls, I was forced to have other roofing companies look at the roof for the leak. Both companies said the roof had been installed incorrectly, with both ridge and box vents installed that were causing the leak. I paid another company $1350.00 to fix the inferior work, and it has not leaked since. Obviously, I would not recommend this company.
