Ron came out and measured everything, and gave me the various window options. He wasn't overselling anything, and let me make my own decision. Ron also had some really helpful information about lead paint, as we are remodeling an old house. Then, for the install, Keith helped us. He was better than we could have hoped for. He really knew his stuff. We had weird storm windows on the house before, so when he took them off there was an open section that needed to be covered. He cut the new vinyl trim on-site, and fit it all together with our totally-not-level 100 year old house. It makes a world of difference. Keith also showed us how to operate our new windows, because I had never used the tilt-in type of window before. So again, a great experience from start to finish. This is the second time I have used them, but I'm sure it won't be the last!

He got the supplies and fixed both problems. After I had paid him, he was washing his hands at the sink and noticed it needed caulked. He went out to his truck and got some caulking and repaired it. I mentioned that I needed a board on the fence fixed and he quickly got screws out of his truck and put a board back on for me. All little extras that showed he would go the extra step. I feel his price was in line or better than I would have paid anyone else. Highly recommend.

They have probably done hundreds of houses over a 30+ period so there were no surprises during the construction period and the quality of work is superb. Our home was built in the 90's so we had extensive remodeling done, including moving a couple of walls and relocating major appliances. Randy was able to make a couple of suggestions that made a well-designed kitchen great. There was one item that I insisted on and he warned me about. After it was built and installed, I saw that he had been right and it was a bit of an eye sore. I asked him to help fix it and he made a redesign suggestion that fixed the problem at a very minimal cost. I interviewed and met several contractors before Classic Cabinets and learned that it is very difficult to get a good contractor to quote and show up on time. Randy's people are exceptional and he also works with a general contractor when needed. This makes using him for a remodel a no- brainer! By the way, I contacted him based on the recommendation of a very good friend of mine whose kitchen he had recently redone a few months earlier. She was extremely pleased and is now contacting him for other remodeling work.

They will…read morechange price of the job on you,and change your contract price after you sign it,then add even more charges for jobs they didn't even do,the foreman will tell you things that will never get done,they will hire people off of Craigslist that have no license at all,they will put the wrong flooring in and use Rusty drywall screws,they will leave water in your basement,and soot filled insulation in your attic,leave burnt beams in your ceiling, and use paint that was ours sitting in our basement from before the fire,they busted my main waterline and charged me for it they will give your things away to there worker and not even turn it into the insurance company for you to get reimbursed, my husband had to measure the entire house of flooring and blinds because the foreman could not do it,one of there workers even busted a hole in my wall and you can see where he tried to fix it..they will Rip you off they installed a new electric box and it pops non stop because they ran it all wrong.my house has brown windows and instead of buying brown to match they got white and spray painted them, they left live electrical wires hanging and we have a kid in the house.they were supposed to do my attic,they didn't it's a mess you should see it.i also made a police report against his foreman for a slur he made about me when I was walking up the steps infront of my husband and our boy.
