Called me about 1pm to see if he missed the appointment, which apparently was my fault for not calling him to remind him. He gave me a slightly better price than another quote I got, and other reviews were good so I decided to hire him anyways with the understanding he would do the same work, which included fixing a corner where I had some rotted wood as well as power washing the gutters. Not only did the work begin two weeks before I expected, but not everything was done that I was told would be. I had to repeatedly ask about the rotted wood in the corner, which was never fixed, and Keith acted like it was not a big deal and that the temporary fix I had done meant it was "already fixed." When I brought up the gutters not being power washed he told me that I should do it. So now I will have to clean all the junk they scraped off my roof into the gutters myself. Despite being told I could call him anytime, I'm not sure what the point would be unless I wanted to be condescended to and lied to more. **Update: When confronted by my father, Keith proceeded to call me a liar. Where I would get the idea on my own of the gutters being power washed I am not sure, and I certainly would have hired another contractor if I had known that the wood rot would not be fixed as it was the whole reason I started having my roof looked at. Supposedly, I will have somebody looking into the wood rot in 2 weeks, at which time Keith will try to extract more money from me...

We told the guy while he was here and he said we would need to talk to the boss. The boss didn't want to hear it. He kept saying "we don't scratch windows." They also said they had just come from a construction site. He got on the phone with my husband and was very belligerent. After he calmed down, he said he would come look at the windows on a sunny day. He has yet to come look at the windows. I have texted his number several times and have gotten no response. He is not very professional in my opinion. I don't know how you can say you don't scratch windows when there is a first time for everything and you had just come from a construction site and your tools were probably dirty. After reading his response, I reiterate how unprofessional he is.

Randy sent a text on May 26 to remind us of the scheduled appointment. You can guess the rest of the story. Come 8:00 am on Monday, no one shows, no one calls, and Randy does not answer the phone. When I later asked Randy if he had an excuse for his NO SHOW, he said window cleaners can't get fired for not showing up for work. No apology was given. Unprofessional behavior.
