The two movers were masked at all times (at my request), were meticulously careful to not damage any wall in either house, and were incredibly easy to work with. They successfully disassembled the refrigerator so that it could make it through the doors of my 100 year old home and ensured that everything was reattached properly on each refrigerator. This business dropped the ball twice while I was visiting from out of town. I arrived during the only time frame I had open, could not gain access, Called customer service again and was told someone would contact me immediately. This did not happen, and I had to leave without my items. I live 10 hours away, and was only in town for a 3 hour window. When I contacted the facility and told them what happened, I was assured that I would be contacted later in the week with a solution. Three weeks later, I had to contact the facility again to basically be told that it was my fault, and that there was nothing that they could do. Poor customer service to say the least. Beware storing your items here. Less than six months ago they had a flash flood and some units belongings were ruined. I still don't know if my unit was affected because I was unable to obtain access, but apparently flash floods are an issue here. Supposedly, they are going to contact me again, but I doubt I will ever hear from them. If I do, I will be more than happy to revise my review if I get any customer service.

Mike Neal called her and asked how far behind was my brother (and she told him) in payments for his storage unit and when was the last day he could pay before it went to auction. When my brother had the payment called in, she acted as though she couldn't take it and wanted to know why this person is making the payment on behalf of my brother.
