I called them to make them aware of the error. They were pleasant at 1st and reimbursed my money that morning, however that afternoon they again charged my account for the storage rent. I spoke to them on the phone through out the week as well as went to the business to try to resolve the issue. The manager " Sam" became very rude and nasty. He said " I reimbursed your money, why would I need your money I have a 35 million dollar business." I showed him my bank statement where he double charged my account in 1 day. He became extremely obnoxious and said " Lady I told you I make millions of dollars a year, I don't need your money, I'm not reimbursing you" he refused to place the money back into my account. This was my first time ever needing a storage unit. Ashleigh was extremely friendly and more than willing to educate me on how everything worked. She personally drove me to my unit in a golf cart since I was worried about getting lost. When I realized I was going to need a bigger unit she happily helped me get a different unit that same day. All around a very relaxed and welcoming experience. The price is the best around too.
