When I tried going to my unit today, my gate code no longer works and I've received no communication indicating a change, suspension or other issue. There are no employees onsite at any time, and when calling the phone I first had to listen to/decline (5) separate ads for completely unrelated services, at which point I was connected to a chatbot that claimed the business I was trying to reach is not a recognized client. The website is down. This has all the markings of a business that is either heading into bankruptcy or has been sold to a holding company.
