Was seeking storage for a loved one's belongings after they had passed. I even moved to a smaller unit that was cheaper and had only been in there for a couple months before they hit me with another increase. Nothing but people taking advantage of you. I'm still waiting on insurance from the previous unit due to water damage. Claims increases are due to "market value" as if increasing the rent of a 5x5 space should be double. Don't be fooled by the friendly staff, invest somewhere else.
