It seems to be very secure. I have learned that if you pack your things in cardboard boxes any moisture will cause them to break down. Any boxes stacked will fall. Not a problem in this storage unit. The manager (who's name escapes me) is one of the most professional and helpful people I've dealt with in business. He's willing to accommodate you by showing you different options, he gives you all the information you need up front...he's recently helped us in a critical situations that otherwise would have resulted in a HUGE disaster. Called the courtesy number and finally around 2:45pm someone open the door. As I entered the office completely reeked of pot. Told me that they were out of furniture pads but I could go to another location to pick them up if I want to. Would have been nice to know that when I made the reservation. Went ahead and bought bubble wrap to take the place of the furniture pads. Was marked 1295 and rang up at the register 1995 so they made a price adjustment. When the receipt came they had charged me for 69 miles instead of the 24 miles that I have documented in the pictures I took. They also charge me 11 gallons worth of fuel which is incorrect. Would not recommend this location for any reason for anything. Phone number and email don't work. So will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

The whole place just feels safe and secure. The facility is clean and well kept, management is very friendly and helpful, and the place has all the amenities for boats, campers, & rv's. Whether it's the oversized wash bay (that even has a movable staircase for tall vehicles!), the propane refill station, the holding tank dump station, or the extra wide driveways which make maneuvering large vehicles and/or trailers into the units incredibly easy, available electric service in units, the 24 hour gated secure access, video surveillance, online bill pay, etc. The place just seems like it was created with their customers in mind, and they've definitely done a great job! Just returned from a trip, opened the front gate with a remote, pulled into the convenient dump station to empty tanks and refill on fresh water, backed over to the propane station and topped off, then put the rig away without having to rewinterize in the enclosed storage space with power hook-up. The Livingston's are very professional, hands-on owner-managers that are great to work with. Many RV owners will be "on-the-fence" regarding the higher cost of this facility compared to the "lots", but for me so-far it's been well worth it.

They are still renting space to new customers for $67 a month. This place might be okay if you only need a space for a month or two but they will raised the price and will not work with you even if you are an existing customer. I wound up renting a trailer and moved my stuff out. If you need long term storage look somewhere else.

Bought a second unit again was full of mold and had bugs and we informed them and we weren't going to clean it out as we didnt want things that we in disgusting shape and bug, they also kept our deposit which is a cleaning deposit for not cleaning it out, and they reported us for being at fault so we can't buy storage units at this time. This is our business how we feed our family, and they took a source of income from our family. DONT trust them because they're going to lie to you and sell you something they should have taken to the dump. Now that same unit is back up for sale after they were informed of its condition.
