Don't expect to be driftin and racing, max speed with a full truck is 75mph. Decent sound system with all the radio stations, working AC, and overall smooth drive.

I went to pick up a van rental on a Sunday, and it required a mobile pick up since they didn't have…read moreanyone working. When trying to log in on my phone, it would not accept my password. I tried resetting, but could not get it to process. It took 45 minutes to get a customer service rep on the phone, as I finally was able to process the check out. When I returned the van, another customer was having a problem with the process. As I tried to help her, and placed my van rental keys in the lock box, I realized my personal car keys weren't in my pocket. They had fallen out of my pocket while driving. The van was locked with no way to get my keys. Another 30 minute wait for customer service, I was told that I would have to wait until Monday at 9 am when they opened back up. They told me one manager was on vacation and another one didn't have a personal phone number listed. I asked for any options to get help. Unfortunately, if I called the police or a locksmith, they most likely wouldn't want to wait the 30-45 minutes to reach Uhaul to get their authorization to unlock the vehicle. I waited until Monday morning and showed up at 9am. Even though I was assured numerous times that someone would be there at 9am, no one showed up until 9:30. The person ended up telling me it was my fault and offered no apologies for the delay. While waiting for the person to show up, I was on hold with Customer Service which again took 45 minutes. The customer service rep informed me that the case I opened was already closed by the gentleman that finally showed up saying the issue was resolved. This was very frustrating especially seeing other customers having the same issues, to the point that one of them gave up on getting their rental and just left. No one seemed to care about trying to help.

However the owner picked up and said I have a wife and kid at home I'm not coming back. We were in shock after him saying he would be here and us paying 2 grand. So my pregnant self and boyfriend try to hook of the trailer ourselves after 40 minutes we get just trailer connected while the cashier guy continuously asks if he can go because he COLD watching us. I then got very upset and yelled at him "call your fucking owner because he said he'd be here, you're COLD!? I'm pregnant!" He called the owner again and again only to get hung up on over and over. We had some random man come up to us and help us load our vehicle. After we get the car loaded I went back inside and told him I want his owners number and he said "our job is to rent trucks we don't help you hook anything up, we rent." I told him I've went through U-Haul before and have always been completely helped because that's your guys job. He said "ma'am that's not our job we rent trucks" so I asked again I want that in writing, print me out something that says that. He refused of course and said "wait til the owner sees you on the camera then he might do something." We left because we leave at 5am tomorrow morning. Never rent here unless you have worked for U-Haul yourself.

Was loaded and unloaded fast, friendly and efficient. Movers were very hard working, kind and good dudes. I had a good amount of gym equipment they had no problem getting everything loaded and unloaded safely and quickly orderly fashion. Definitely recommend these guys for your next move. The owner was also a pleasure to work with via phone and messaging. I will be using this company again in the future for sure.

I hired another moving company that looked at the complexity of disassembling my 7 foot by 7 foot iron bookcase and walked out the front door. I called Gulliver's Movers and spoke at length with the owner who put me completely at ease that they could handle the job. AND THEY DID! Disassembled and out in the truck in less than 45 minutes and the price was less than that estimated by the first moving company. I will never call anyone else!
