As owner of a newer model Kia I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online. It was a weekday…read moremorning and I found myself sitting in their waiting room. Across from me against the back wall is the long Mike Albert Rental service counter. It is a sufficient distance from where I'm sitting to provide privacy for the customers. Outside you can clearly see their sign as you turn off the street and drive past the Kia sales building. Inside they share an area offering free coffee, a small cooler of bottled water and a popcorn machine. If waiting the nearby chairs are comfortable. The associates are friendly and professionally dressed. From my chair I was able to observe several customers as they set up getting a rental car. There's a 2 person staff and except for one of the customers the transaction was done in less than 5 minutes. Outside in the parking lot there are plenty of cars just waiting for someone to rent them. With a carwash onsite you can expect that the vehicles will be clean when you drive off the lot in them. The workers are super friendly I talked to one of the guys about football for like ten minutes. Awesome employees and great service. Lock box for getting the keys to the truck took three tries. We had to have the worker manually open the lockbox cuz the combination was glitching. The truck itself was an amazing ride. Don't expect to be driftin and racing, max speed with a full truck is 75mph. Decent sound system with all the radio stations, working AC, and overall smooth drive.

I had an 9 am appointment on 3/31/2018 to pick up a car trailer however i arrived late around 10 am…read morewhere the lady working was outside smoking when she finished her cigarette we both went inside and she knew who I was she went to the computer to started the transaction and she had troubles getting it to work this took along time the first issue was due to her having the wrong tongue weight in the system for my vehicle and she said she could not get it to take it and kept saying let me try this talking to herself a few times. Then she ask if my tongue weight was 4000 lbs I said no 8000 lbs and the system finally allowed it. Then she ask if I wanted the insurance and I declined. Then she had issues again and this even took longer. I ask whats the problem now and she said she made a mistake and added the insurance and can't get it out . I said how much is it she said $8.00 because she was having so many issues I said to her don't worry about it I'll take for today however I may not have the trailer back for a few days because tomorrow is Easter and I don't want to pay anymore then $8.00 for today only! She also said she was not open tomorrow (Easter) that she would not charge me for if I had came back on Monday morning. I could not get it back until Tuesday morning. I Received a phone call from the lady there at the U haul location asking if I was going to return the trailer today and I said I was driving to her at that time, I would be there in about 20 minutes. and she said she was leaving to take her grandson to the dentist and the office would be closed for me to drop off the trailer and when she returned that afternoon she would check it in. I said that would be fine but I wanted to make sure I was not charged for that day to. She said because it is around the same time I picked the equipment up on Saturday I would not be charged for that day. I checked My account and she charged my card $66.73 (pending) Then $190.17 and another $74.73 a day later the $66.73 Dropped off. However the total she should have charged me was $54.95 x 3 days = $164.85 Plus the 1 day insurance of $8.00 totaling $172.85 I call her to talk about the charges and she gave me such a hard time saying that I didn't get the trailer back until after 12:00 noon because she did not leave to take her grandson to the dentist until then I said wait a minute you called me at 9.23 and I was on my way there and got there in less then 20 minutes and you were already gone and the office had a note on the door saying the office was closed and would reopen later this afternoon. I agree to pay for Sunday Easter even though she said she would not charge me and Monday but I dropped the trailer off on Tuesday about the same time I took it on Saturday 3/31/18 she also charge $8.00 a day for 4 days when I only agreed to pay for 1 day because she had so many issues trying to fix her mistake of adding it to the contract. I have disputed my credit card because I asked her to call me back after she talk to her field supervisor or I will be putting complaints online. I have not received any phone calls. and this is why I disputed my card. If this does not get resolved soon I will be forced to file complaints with Google, Yelp, The complaint board, rip off report for the Park Hills location due to the poor customer service. PS: I couldn't even get any help hooking up the unit and I had a hard time plus The running lights did not work. I went back inside to tell the lady about the lights she was surprised but I ask her do you or your company check these things in she said this one came in a few days ago after we closed. I said maybe you all should check them out when you return back to work. Because I was there for a lot longer then expected so I took the trailer anyway. I pulled off the parking lot at 11:05 AM. This is how long it took for me to get the trailer with all the issues she had processing the contract. All I want is to be charged for 3 days and a one day insurance charge of $8.00 that I did not want in the first place.

Well jokes on us cause the extra money should have been spent on the towing because now, who knows how much will actually be spent to fix the car now. not only was the car returned ransacked on the inside but the hood latch was broken as well which was not like that when the car was left but add on top of it all that this "business" went missing with the car for HOURS!!! cops had to be called and police reports filed!! only to finally have these "business owner" Gary call screaming to stop sending the cops! Sorry but you STOLE a car!!! never will I recommend this FRAUD! save yourself the trouble and go with the better more expensive options I know I will be in the future!

Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a so called "business". I am a single mother of five…read morechildren and had all five in my car on the way to a baseball tournament 30 miles away from home. Gary was referred to me as he provides cheap towing. That is accurate. I jumped on the opportunity to get my car towed 30 mils away for only $150. You certainly get what you pay for as that small towing fee will cost me more in the long run due to him further damaging my vehicle. He was very inconsistent with responses and failed to EVER provide updates or an ETA on when my vehicle would be returned to my home address as promised. Five and a half hours after the tow was confirmed he owner/Gary become unresponsive leaving me completely in the dark. A police report was filed and once Gary realized police entered his property he called me screaming asking me to "call off the guard dogs" and "stop sending people to his house". What do you expect when the customers car goes MIA for a 12 hour period? He brought my vehicle back only to find out the inside had been ransacked and the lever to pop the hood has been broken. I will update again once the hood is able to opened as to what was taken under neath. Needless to say, spend the extra couple hundred dollars and save yourself the trouble of dealing with this extremely unprofessional "business" owner. I would also like to add I only added one star because yelp required that. If I could go negative I absolutely would.
