This facility was acquired by iStorage ( https://www.istorage.com/storage/ohio/storage-units-loveland/4100-US-Route-22-W-853 ) in December of 2021. I started my rental at the end of November 2021. They did not handle the transition of the account well. I had to come into the front office during work hours to straighten out the account problems. 15+ lockers were broken into on the weekend of 5 Feb 2022. Mine was one of them. Numerous maintenance issues. Security doors not closing properly, debris remining in the halls and parking bays for months. Both elevators were out of service on 28 Feb 2022. There are no stairs to get to the second level, therefore my locker was inaccessible on Monday and I had to make alternate arrangements to store my vehicle load of stuff until they get their facility repaired. Obviously looking for another facility in the area. I suggest you move on to the next review and skip this facility. 2022 FEB

There are periods of time he doesn't take his trailer back due to his fire schedule, but still pays his bill every month as it's automatically withdrawn. Last October he went to return his trailer and his spot was taken. He called Ken and he told him he assumed he didn't need the spot anymore because he didn't see his trailer for a bit so he gave it away (mind you he was still being charged and was now charging a new customer). He offered him a new spot which was more challenging for him to get into but he accepted it. Fast forward to today and my husband has once again gone to return his trailer with his new spot being taken. My husband calls numerous times before reaching Ken. Once reaching him Ken tells him "you're screwed". He then tells my husband to give him some time to figure it out and to call him back in 10 minutes. 2 hours and numerous phone calls later, we finally reached him again. Ken denies giving either of his spots away even after admitting to us last year that he did. My husband questioned if he was also charging this customer and he said he couldn't do that, he gives it away for free because he's a nice guy. Earlier in this conversation he told my husband he hadn't given the spot away but is now saying he gave it away for free. When we requested to cancel the monthly charge, Ken told us no. We made several more requests and were repeatedly told no. Ken accused my husband of yelling at him, which was not the case. He was very agitated, rightfully so after this extremely frustrating interaction. I would highly recommend staying far away from this company to avoid you a headache!

I arrived during the only time frame I had open, could not gain access, Called customer service again and was told someone would contact me immediately. This did not happen, and I had to leave without my items. I live 10 hours away, and was only in town for a 3 hour window. When I contacted the facility and told them what happened, I was assured that I would be contacted later in the week with a solution. Three weeks later, I had to contact the facility again to basically be told that it was my fault, and that there was nothing that they could do. Poor customer service to say the least. Beware storing your items here. Less than six months ago they had a flash flood and some units belongings were ruined. I still don't know if my unit was affected because I was unable to obtain access, but apparently flash floods are an issue here. Supposedly, they are going to contact me again, but I doubt I will ever hear from them. If I do, I will be more than happy to revise my review if I get any customer service.

He went above and beyond to help wherever he could and never made it feel like an inconvenience, even though we were moving out of the unit. If you're deciding between two storage facilities, hands down, pick this one. They actually care about your stuff and providing great service.

Do you need climate control, do you need a huge space, do you need top-notch security? Or do you want it all? Well, if you want it all, and will pay for it, then Green Township Self Storage is the spot for you. Unfortunately, a lot of people realized that before you just did, so there probably aren't any openings. Sorry bout that. It has regular and climate controlled options. It has sizes from large closet to fits a 3-bedroom house. And I am very impressed with the security system. There is a fence surrounding the property with two entrance gates. To gain entry you must enter your unique customer number. Each unit is wired with an alarm. When you enter your number at the gate, ONLY your unit is disarmed. All other units still have active alarms. The climate-controlled units also have tamper resistant locks to further defeat would-be thieves. When it's time to leave, you enter your number at the gate to get out and to re-arm your unit. I knew my belongings were safe at this place! The only gripe I have is that the provided carts are too small and have a knack for not being there when you need them. I've learned to bring along my own dolly if I'm definitely going to need it.
