I have also, once and only once, bought from another company and have regretted it. The installers ruined my baseboards and after less than a year, the carpet stretched. Replaced with carpet from carpetland with no damage to my baseboards. My advice is to go with a company whose employees know what they are doing. I highly recommend Carpetland. I also have a favorite salesperson, but all the sales personnel are great. They give you all the time you need to decide and arrive at your home to measure on time.

I had a whole house flooring install. the flooring was good but the trim install was horrible. the…read moreinstallers did not cut corners correctly and the materials used were below normal standards. When cleaning the floor any liquid used to clean the floor the trim swelled up and warped. The store manager came to my home promised to reinstall new trim. After several attempts and the run around he did not follow through and left me with a horrible install job. Shame on them to ruin a $10,000 floor job. I would not recommend using their services you would be better to take your money somewhere else. Bad product, bad install and bad very IManager Service!
