We were on a tight budget, and working with Jakob to find the best fit for our finances was awesome! He did everything in his power to get the lowest price possible and was honest with us every step of the way. Definitely recommend Big Bob's and specifically Jakob! I also should mention the speed, efficiency, and honesty of their carpet contractors - One of them accidentally broke a glass ceiling light cover while bringing the tools in and, without pause, ran off to Lowe's to grab us a new one (on them obviously).

I just want to match the flooring sample I have with the one available at store, it's hardly 5 mins work. I arrived at 5:52pm and the store is closed already. This is very irresponsible customer service from Ryan. I drove 35 mins to visit the store and he closed it 10 mins early even though he knew I was coming. I did business with Big Bob's Store at Colraine avenue and they were very sweet. I would not recommend this highland Avenue store if you care about receiving a good customer service.

We entered and two gentleman were seated by a desk, no greeting, no getting up to introduce themselves in fact we had to ask is this where we go to look at carpet. There was minimal information provided they were unfamiliar with the latest fibers available on the market and seemed more interested in just talking. Not talking sales and product but more casual conversation. This interaction was a far cry from our last experience with this company where we had a knowledgeable young lady provide a plethora of information on carpet. We really wanted to give our business to this local shop however we could not based on our interactions...

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!…read more I've been waiting for my laundry room tile/laminate flooring to be installed for 3 weeks now. The washer & dryer were moved to the middle of our theater room. We've had to take our laundry to the laundry mat. The delay has also kept the carpet guys, also from your company, from laying the pad & carpet in that room. I've been put off and stalled for 3 weeks now and I'm sick of the inconvenience and costly laundry service your tile person has caused. Customer satisfaction is not alive and well in this situation.

Our customer gave us 48 hours to find the windows she wanted or she would cancel the contract. As customer service is our number one priority, our office manager dropped everything and began the hunt for a company who could build three unique windows in 2 days or less. After calling everywhere else in town (and figuring out that an 8 week lead time on special-order windows is standard), we took a chance on this company. Kathy spent a few hours getting everything right on our order and the windows were ready for pick up in 36 hours. In addition, the price she charged us was HALF of what we would have paid at any other company. Tri-State Wholesale saved us and we will definitely be using them again. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them to contractors and DIYers alike. Matrka Renovation and Painting, LLC Wilmington, OH
