I had a little problem with the way they put back some baseboard where it met the hard flooring and they were very quick to come out and fix it. I am very pleased. Very bad customer service. Installer didn't know what he was doing. When requested another installer Jeff was very rude and said it was my floor. Tried charging me for all their mistakes. 3 day job turned into over 2 weeks. Left my house a mess can't put doors on due to them raising my floors about 2 inches. They nicked my porcelain tub, but said their installers didn't do it. Highly don't recommend! read more

Their attention to detail is terrible! We made many calls before they finally came to look at their poor quality, they took pictures and agreed that it was done incorrectly. We contacted them a few more times and again they said it would be fixed but that was over a month ago. They TOOK the second half of our $10,000 on our credit card without doing a walkthrough or asking us if it was OK. There are pieces missing in our bathroom and large gaps under all of our door jams and in the quarter round. Before they started my wife asked if they should put down plywood to prevent the gaps but they assured us it would be ok, IT IS NOT!!. I am seriously contemplating legal action against them. First issue was arriving to do the install before confirming the space was ready. When I called to schedule the install no mention was made that my selection was no longer available so instead of having me come in to reselect, they installed a substituted product without my approval. What was installed was nothing like what I had selected. The carpet is fine and the carpet installers were polite and professional. Not so much for the vinyl installer. If you are hard working middle class family and you can only afford a $4000 - $5000 floor, do NOT hire this company. Evidently they only care about the high dollar clients. We had a floor put in less than a year ago and from day one the work was shoty and rushed. Sure they came back to replace a board that had completely popped out of place, but now other boards are coming apart and when we asked the owner of the company to give us a call, guess what.... silence. They don't care about the little customer. So take your money elsewhere, or you may come to regret it. read more

I will say that they were a tad bit late on their arrival to install, but once there, they were quick , courteous , and the carpet looks great ! Great showroom, great sales personal, knowledgable staff. The problem is that this doesn't carry over to the finished installed product. There was miscommunication from sales to the installer that lead to multiple install visits. Upon the first installer visit , I did not get everything I paid for and the installer reused old beat up trim pieces on the new job. The carpet install they did , I can say I am happy with, however the vinyl flooring entry way at my door is not satisfactory. The vinyl flooring has mis-aligned tongue and grooves leading to a sloppy finished product once looked upon with any attention to detail. I would easily rate this place 5 stars based on my initial experience before the install, after the installation my experience has dropped to 2 stars. Please work to improve communication between the showroom sales and the install team. Maybe consider training or retraining the install team with proper install methods, such as correctly aligning vinyl plank floor with all of the grooves mated. I would have easily been a repeat customer, but I am weary after the level of quality I experienced post install. read more
