They did an incredibly good job redoing our, what appears to me, complicated fabric covered chairs. They even refinished the walnut base and legs, we were not expecting this and at no additional charge. Speaking of charge, it was more than reasonable, the interior design company we had engaged had quoted us more than double what Homan Interiors charged us, using the same material. It was a pleasure talking to the owner, it was obvious he really enjoys bringing these old chairs back to their former glory. It is rare to see such enthusiasm about one's work, something that happens mostly with small businesses like this. I recommend them highly. M. Matsuzaka

We give our clients the option to wait for a new replacement or get it touched up. Many, if not most of them, opt for the touch up option. Professional Furniture Services does an amazing job....even with painted cabinets. We had one cabinet delivered that had a 2ft gouge down the length of a tall oven cabinet. After PFS was done repairing it, you couldn't tell where the gouge was originally. Another job, the front frame left rail tapered down from 1.5" to about1.25....which left a horrible 1/4" gap at the bottom. The cabinet was 8ft wide and would be very expensive to replace plus delay the job weeks. PFS came out and used wood fill and color matched the paint perfectly!!!! To the previous review that complained about their pricing? Most service places have a minimum charge per visit. I think PFS prices are cheap for what they do. They are TRUE ARTISTS. I am so grateful for the services they provide to us. Not sure what I would do without them. Not any painter or carpenter have the skills to do what they do. I highly recommend Professional Furniture Services!!!! AAAA+++++

I found this fantastic sectional with a large chaise and we purchased it immediately. I had seen this same exact sofa on marketplace used selling for $600 and this was not much more than that brand new in plastic! We opted to pick it up on Saturday rather than wait to have it delivered. After my husband and BIL picked up the couch and wrestled it through our tiny front door (our house is old. ) I realized that we had two right sides and no left. Something to keep in mind is this sofa has both a right chaise and a left chaise configuration. We got the right area facing chaise and a left area facing sofa. I called and left a message but unfortunately they were already closed for the day. I figured it would be minimum Monday before I could get any resolution due to short working hours on Sunday and needing to rent another truck. Honestly, Sunday was a complete cluster and these guys immediately turned my day around! I ended up needing to take my baby to the hospital and was there all morning. I didn't think I would have time to get this situation resolved as obviously baby comes first. Luckily we got discharged and I called around 12:30 and the man on the phone was so kind. He immediately said he was the only one in the store but he would call his boss and get my situation resolved entirely. By 2 pm these guys found the correct piece, brought it to my house, actually put it in my living room and took the incorrect piece back out. And they did all of this without waking the baby! I am honestly so pleased with the sectional, the options they had available, the value and most importantly the customer service. I can not recommend these guys enough, they have truly won me over as a customer for life.

Went straight to voicemail several times over the course of 2 hours so I left a voicemail asking to call back. Also tried emailing, but the email bounced back due to being an invalid email address so then I emailed through the website. Still no answer, a day later. Also tried visiting the Facebook webpage listed on the website, but it too was an invalid link. I was able to add the dresser to my shopping cart online and there was a little message that popped up at the top recommending to call about the item, but it seemed like I could've followed through with paying for it if I really wanted to. At this point I questioned if this place was still in business and wasn't about to send my money to nowhere. I ended up driving down to Cinci for another item on the other side of town from this place and decided to just stop by since I was going to be down here anyway. Store was open. The 3 guys there were friendly and welcoming, but they informed us the item had already sold. So it still wasted about an hour of my time adding this stop to my trip. I'm sure they are pleasant to work with and they probably pride themselves with finding nice antiques, but I'm frustrated by the many failed attempts to contact them via multiple avenues and the wildly outdated website.
