I love the selections but man! I am tired of not getting everything I bought. First time was a $15 drawer organizer that was never offered to me in a bag. Called customer service and was told I had like 7 days to come get it? I don't live near there!! So yesterday it was a $10 deodorant. Paid for it. Put it on the line. Never saw it after that. Your standard Target. We stopped by with some friends this weekend to get some snacks and other goodies. I also ended up buying the new Nathan W. Pyle game, which I didn't even know existed - he's an Instagrammer I like who does funny comics. I am a Red Card member but had never actually used it in-store, as I do curbside pickup a lot, so that was interesting; I tried to use the barcode on my app but it wasn't scanning well (maybe because the brightness on my phone isn't turned up), and I did have the actual card with me, so I used that instead. We also bought some snacks and alcoholic beverages since we were having a games day together, they had some tasty stuff like Peeps with chocolate. This was one of the more rude experiences I've everyhad at target and that upsets me so bad since I'm a frequent target shopper. I chose to do order pick up since it was the easiest and fastest way for me to get everything that I need done for the evening. I saw a young man go over to a different car and just throw all of the items they had purchased in the car. When he got to my car he didn't even say one word to me. I told him he can place the items in the back seat and all he did was stare at me. Then when he proceeded to put the items in the car he threw my 12 pack of pop and just threw the bag of items in the car. Then he slammed the door and walked away with out a single word. This Target is one of my favorites! It's usually pretty well organized and the prices are what you'd expect from Target. The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is this-it must have been restock day because most aisles had pallets waiting to be shelved. So, many shelves were empty. The dollar section wasn't stocked as it typically is. Additionally, there were lots of employees standing around shooting the breeze. Two particularly were in the middle of some aisles and I couldn't get through without saying excuse me. Surprised they didn't move on their own. Also, one other thing I didn't like was that instead of finding clearance on some end caps, there was a section of clearance near bedding and the new Magnolia line. It looked like someone had stood back and thrown stuff onto the shelves. It reminded me of Walmart's messy shelves. There were baby items, frames, makeup goods, etc. Overall, I will continue to shop here because I love Target. I walked around for an hour with my Starbucks like a happy mom getting some time away from home. And the Starbucks INSIDE Target is much better than the one just outside. read more

Target - Department Stores Near Me - South Lebanon, Ohio

As far as target stores go, this one is the very best in the area. For the most part they stayed well stocked. I especially love their front of the store sale items in addition to their school and office supplies- went this past weekend and there were ample choices for all types of stationary items (which is what I love most about target). Most items are put back in their place. Areas that need work? I'd say the classic issue that most stores have- dirty bathrooms. Sometimes they need more staff at the checkout. Prices aren't always competitive, but that's more of an overall target issue. read more

Ugh I hate to write this and give away the secret but here it goes. I stopped at this Target after a trip up to an apple farm and WOW its quite possibly the best one in greater Cincinnati! Its surprisingly large, clean, has a great selection, and friendly helpful staff. They have a really nice also large Starbucks location inside. This is by far my favorite Target in Cincinnati. I don't even live up here, but my mom does, so I always stop in when in the area. It's the cleanest, best stocked, and friendliest Target I've been to. When all the other racks are bare, this is the store to come to. Everything is always immaculate and organized, which goes a long way in my book. The employees are always friendly and helpful as well. The Starbucks is also lovely. read more

I ordered a TV online for pickup for 4 hours later. It said the item was in stock when I placed my order. The sale ends 11/8 on the TV. A hold of almost $300 (my order total) was placed on my bank account. They then said that the item was out of stock because the website was counting the display as being an item in stock but they can't legally sell it for safety reasons. Had I known that, I would have never ordered from your store because they have 10 of them in Milford Oh. Milford was going to kindly hold one for me until the end of the day but my bank can't release the funds until 11/9 (AFTER THE SALE ENDS) and target customer service can do nothing at all. Not transfer my order to Milford or credit anything to me. They don't care that the website mislead me to believe that there was 1 TV in stock for me to purchase but really they can't legally sell it to me. I can't even fathom how this is ethical AT ALL. I used to LOVE target but I am so mad at this situation! It's crazy!!! Better customer service at Kroger and Walmart HANDS DOWN. read more

Target.com is a jokeeee. "Free 2 day shipping on orders over $35" (select items, but mine did qualify) BUT, if for some reason your order doesn't ship and get there in 2 business days, they require 2 more business days before they will refund or "reorder" your order, BUT Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days, even though their stores are open and ups delivers those days, but they don't count, soooo it's really 6 day shipping if you order on a Tuesday...? "Yes ma'am, that is right" you've got to be kidding me. Amazon Prime would have had it here the next day. Love Target, but they need to work on their shipping. read more

I love this Target. I live right behind it, so I'm there a few times a week for little odds and ends (and almost always more than what I planned on buying--it's TARGET, after all!). For not having a full grocery (with produce, deli, etc), the grocery section is actually pretty good! The selection is great, and I can get almost everything I need here without going down the road to Kroger. The prices are really good too, especially for cleaning supplies, detergent, that kind of thing. One stop shopping...just have to go somewhere else for fresh veggies. AND, I heard that they are getting Fresh Grocery in fall of 2013! SO that will no longer be an issue in a very short time. The store is well organized, very clean, and has a Starbucks. The Pizza Hut Express is nice to have in a pinch as well. Who doesn't love those buttery breadsticks?? But the MAIN reason I'm reviewing this Target is because, having frequented it often, I have had the chance to chat with the people who work here, and they are SO friendly. One time, I was buying groceries here, and was almost ready to check out when I realized that I had forgotten my debit card at home. I asked them if I could just run home and get it really quick, and the ladies at the customer service desk actually went above and beyond...ringing in all of my items, bagging them for me, and suspending the sale, so that all I had to do was run home (two minutes away), get my card, and come back and pay. They didn't have to do that for me, and they were so nice about it. It was just one of those crappy things that can ruin your day, but in this case it provided them the chance to brighten my day, and they did. :) I pretty much buy everything here...clothes, home decor, pet food...I don't know how I'll cope someday when I end up NOT living right behind a really nice Target, haha! :) read more

Target is one of those stores where you walk in with 5 things on your shopping list and then you walk out with 25 things in your cart! This place has everything and the prices and selection are really great. This Target has a huge food section, and I often find myself doing some grocery shopping here when I don't want to battle the crowds at Kroger. My wife and I registered at one place for our wedding...Target. End of story! read more

Came here to get some stuff for the house since my local target is out of things... First no one on the floor to help or greet or available at all. Upon checkout I had a completely horribly grumpy cashier named Paul! He was rude and when I asked about a price adjustment he got in my face yelling that he didn't know the return policy and it was up to customer service. So I said "oh, so I'll go ask them since you don't know" he grabbed my cart and came tinny face and said "I didn't say I didn't know, I just don't know what you are talking about" then he grabbed a bag from my sons hand... What a horrible personality for being the end experience for this store! I will not be coming to this target again! I love my Mason target! read more

Very convenient location and usually I don't have to wait in line at the cash register (since I'm an early bird). I did have to drive to another Target twice since they were out-of-stock. Also had my flu shots there and all 3 times had the same pharmacist, which was a good thing. read more

this is my go to store for all my quick needs. It is close to my house and has ample parking which is great. Their selection of items is good and you can usually find mostly anything you need for your daily activities. Shelves are usually always stocked with the items so you dont get an empty trip. Prices are good too. read more
