I have never left a negative review about any establishment before now. This is the first time!!! And I don't like doing this but the owner was so rude I just had to warn others. I simply asked one question, "we like that dresser, what would you take for it?" Seemed like an innocent question to us. Wow, the look and response was so demeaning we were shocked and just walked out. My wife said she starred at me with a nasty look all the way out the of the store. We will just go buy a dresser somewhere but it won't be there! I hope this feedback helps her understand that if you treat people with kindness your business can actually do very well. I was a little surprised at how messy various areas were though. It seems like perhaps they are running on a small staff as I saw one person working in the whole store, at the cash register. If you're not familiar, At Home is just that, a huge everything for your home store. Upon entering is always the seasonal decor (holidays, outdoor, etc). Furniture is available for outdoors, and some indoors. I noticed they now have a few mattresses. There are linens for bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen as well as large area rugs. I love me some crazy organizing and they definitely have everything to foster this. Need to decorate any room in your house... They've got that, even kids rooms. Pet stuff has its own aisle. Kitchen gadgets, dishes, pots and pans, and silverware are mid store. I could go on, but you get it, they literally have everything. Join their free rewards program, as you'll receive excellent coupons in your email. I got one recently for 30% off one item, and was delighted to find out it was usable on clearance too! There are various clearance sections through out the store with some killer deals. I scored some patio furniture cushions on clearance! Otherwise prices are decent, mostly good deals. Products are of good quality. There are store maps as well as price scanners all around for your convenience. A sign up front mentioned delivery options for bigger items you may not be able to transport yourself.

Some of their items and prices also reminded me of what you may find at home goods or TJ Maxx. I thought their wall decor was well-priced. They had a great selection of various sizes and prints. One thing I loved about this store is that they had items arranged in a room set up. This is great for a decorator that needs to see how things all go together! Behind the room set up, they had the individual items to purchase. This spot use to house Sams Club--and you can't even tell this store used to be located here! They did a great job with the store set-up and didn't even use all of the space. There is definitely space for them to grow! I had spotted this little birdie on one of the shelves at Haven Grey during some family time at Christmas in Loveland. I didn't purchase it that day, but told myself I was going to go back to get it. Soon after, Mom and I peeked into the store windows while walking around town after hours, only to discover it wasn't there--sadness! Little did I know, it was still there but had been moved from it's perch. On a mission, mom stopped into the store once they were opened and purchased it for me and told them to keep it a secret (she knew I'd go back and ask!). To my utter surprise, I opened it up for Christmas and tears just fell! It was the love and care behind Mom discovering something I didn't really need but had wanted as a keepsake to help remember our special family time as we walked the streets of downtown Loveland--what a treasure! I needed to find an unusual gift that made a statement. I had almost forgotten how well stocked the shop is and the variety of merchandise. The best part is the phenomenal staff.
