Ask how do I get the chair to the customer service person and the reply "you will have to wait a half hour because this guy (she points at person standing next to us) just clocked out for lunch". I had my wife and two kids...wait a half hour?!? And there were four people standing there. Not one of them could get a $200 chair for me. Also, when I walked out, there was one person on the register and a dozen people in line. This is why online shopping is going to put OfficeMax out of business.

The old band would not come off. This can be a problem with Apple watch bands. I took it to Apple RX in Landen OH. They were able to finally depress the lock button on back of watch.
