I had already left a great review for Short Circuit based on a previous experience, but after what happened last night, I absolutely had to update it. At around 2 AM, my work computer unexpectedly shut down--completely dead, and right before an important deadline. I reached out to Rikki on a long shot, not really expecting to hear back until later in the day. To my surprise, Rikki responded almost immediately and was at my place by 6 AM, offering emergency, on-site tech support with barely a few hours' notice. Not only was Rikki professional and friendly (as always), but they came fully prepared. Within an hour, they had diagnosed the issue--a failed power supply--and had a replacement ready to go. They didn't just do a quick fix either; they checked the rest of the system to make sure everything was running smoothly, cleaned out the interior, optimized some settings, and made sure I was 100% up and running before they left. And the best part? The service was extremely fairly priced--especially considering it was basically a tech emergency call at the crack of dawn. The level of value and care I received was beyond what you'd expect even during regular business hours. It's rare to find someone as reliable, responsive, and genuinely customer-focused as Rikki. Short Circuit continues to impress me, and they've earned my loyalty for the long haul. If you need tech support that's fast, trustworthy, and reasonably priced, this is the place to call. read more

Short Circuit Support is an absolute lifesaver! After a major power outage took down our entire office network--servers, computers, printers, WiFi--everything was in total disarray. We called Short Circuit Support, and they sent out Rikki, who turned out to be a total rockstar. From the moment Rikki arrived, they were professional, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly assessed the situation, recovered our servers, reconnected all of our computers and printers, and even set up a new Unifi WiFi system that's working better than ever. It felt like they restored order to chaos with ease. What really stood out, aside from their technical expertise, was how friendly and approachable Rikki was throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered our questions without jargon, and made sure everything was working seamlessly before wrapping up. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly cost-effective for the level of service we received. If you're looking for reliable, skilled, and genuinely kind tech support, I can't recommend Short Circuit Support--and Rikki--highly enough. They truly saved the day for us, and we'll definitely be calling them again for any future IT needs! Thank You So Much Again! read more

I left a review before, but I realized I completely forgot to thank all the amazing staff at Short Circuit Support -- so here's the update this team absolutely deserves. First off, Rikki is incredible. Seriously, top-tier service -- friendly, professional, and just so easy to work with. From the first conversation, I felt like I was being listened to and actually cared about, which is rare these days. You can tell this company isn't just about quick fixes -- they're about people, and it shows in every interaction. Whether it was helping me troubleshoot a tech issue or guiding me through solutions I didn't even know how to resolve that existed, the whole Short Circuit team went above and beyond. They're efficient, honest, and genuinely passionate about what they do and even fixed my iMac! It's refreshing to work with a business that puts so much care into every detail. I've already recommended Short Circuit Support to several friends, and they've all had fantastic experiences too. If you need reliable help, friendly support, and a team that truly has your back -- don't look anywhere else. This is the place. I first met Rikki from Short Circuit Support at a community event where they were helping feed the homeless and hand out care packages. What immediately stood out to me was their compassion, empathy, and genuine desire to help people. After talking with them, I was equally impressed by their knowledge and professionalism in the IT industry. I trusted Rikki and Short Circuit Support with major technology upgrades for my business, including deploying a new Wi-Fi system, upgrading our server, and modernizing several computers. From start to finish, the process was smooth, organized, and professional. Since the upgrades were completed, our systems have been reliable, efficient, and trouble-free. The improvements have helped increase productivity and allowed us to focus on running our business instead of dealing with technology problems. Rikki is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely cares about both their customers and the community. It's rare to find someone with both technical expertise and such strong character. I would confidently recommend Short Circuit Support to any business or individual looking for reliable IT service and always a great value. read more

Short Circuit Support did an amazing job setting up my home office and gaming system. I had a lot of equipment, multiple monitors, computers, networking, and other devices that I wanted working together, and Rikki got everything organized, connected, and running exactly the way I wanted. I'm not the most technical person, so I really appreciated how patient they were and how they explained everything without making it complicated. The entire setup looks clean and professional, the Wi-Fi is working great, and my gaming system is running perfectly. You can tell Rikki really cares about the quality of the work and making sure the customer is happy before leaving. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Short Circuit Support for anyone needing a home office, gaming setup, or computer/networking help. read more

I needed to have an Upgraded, Video Card and Power Supply Installed into my Gaming Computer. The Technician (Rikki), was Prompt, Polite and Professional. She assessed what she had to do, got to work and did it. She completed the work faster than expected. She answered all my questions/concerns without delay, in terms that I was able to comprehend as a human being - not a computer. The fees involved were very reasonable and the repair/upgrade was done in my residence made it that more pleasant and worth it. I recommend "Short Circuit", for their Computer Needs, as I will be calling them for my other computer accessories and upgrades. Quote was given for 2 hours, completed in 1 hour. Thank You, Frank Acosta (Cincinnati Ohio). read more

We had a computer go down. Essential to our practice as it was the computer connected to our digital x-ray suite. Rikki cam out on a Friday (Memorial Day weekend) fixed the corrupted hard drive, transferred all of our data to a newly installed Solid State Hard Drive. It was delivered, connected and tested to be operational by Monday (Memorial Day 10am). Total price was very reasonable and I was extremely happy with not only price but the service.
