We spent almost $3000 on a 98" television in July, by September after purchasing the Total Protection Plan (useless) we have a television the flickers to an all-black screen. Was told we needed to deal with the manufacturer. Well, we've been dealing with them for over a month, and you can't speak to a person that speaks English. So, you try to explain what it's doing, send them videos of what it's doing numerous times only to not get any response from them. We went back to Best Buy and spoke with 3 different 'managers' who basically said there was nothing they could do, that we have to go through the manufacturer. So, tip number one NEVER EVER BUY A TCL!!!! Number two, don't expect to get anything resolved with Best Buy cause they definitely DO NOT stand behind their products! At least at this store!!

You order and pay online, and then they email you to say the item is ready for pickup. You walk in, head over to the customer service counter, pick up your item, and walk out. Super duper simple. Their customer service team has always been friendly and the store never seems crowded or messy and I love that. So, yesterday I had an issue with an item that I ordered online for shipment. I ordered an "open box" item that did not arrive as described and was missing items. After spending a frustrating 20 minutes on the phone with their "customer service" representative who did not know anything about Open Box or the different levels of conditions, I decided to head over to the store itself to try my luck. What a great experience! The second I started to explain that I ordered an item at their best condition level and they sent one two levels lower, two associates were horrified and immediately took action to resolve the issue. I was in and out of the store in ten minutes and completely satisfied. Once again, Best Buy's in store customer service saved the day!

So the follow up from BestBuy…read more....... They will provide no support of any kind as the item was beyond their 14 day return period! Understand what this means....... We purchased this item as a gift and was immediately wrapped as such. It wasn't opened by the recipient until beyond 14 days meaning BestBuy will not support in anyway. Please learn from our misfortune and buy elsewhere! Your hard earned dollars deserve better after sale support. Considering Crutchfield would be one suggestion.

Somehow, I missed the computers themselves, although they had plenty of drives, USB thumdrives, and optical discs for sale. Ask how do I get the chair to the customer service person and the reply "you will have to wait a half hour because this guy (she points at person standing next to us) just clocked out for lunch". I had my wife and two kids...wait a half hour?!? And there were four people standing there. Not one of them could get a $200 chair for me. Also, when I walked out, there was one person on the register and a dozen people in line. This is why online shopping is going to put OfficeMax out of business.

I am not an Apple computer user, but use their iPad and iPhone exclusively. Last week I had a nasty trip and fall in my driveway, tripping and doing a full-face plant.  My neighbor was outside mowing his lawn and he immediately called an ambulance once he saw all the blood flowing from my face. I ended up being taken via ambulance to the hospital where after regaining consciousness I ended up with over 30 stiches in my face, nose, and a broken nose in several places. My iPhone was in my pocket at the time of my fall, and the screen was destroyed but the phone was still functional, although many of the items were unreadable.  Due to the severity of my injuries, I was given a head CT scan to check for a brain bleed and a chest x-ray, and as luck would have it, they also found a lump in my lung, which might prove to be cancerous (I have never smoked in my life). Having a functional phone was now a matter of life and death, as I had to make follow up appointments and needed to schedule a biopsy for my lung mass. This all happened last Wednesday the 14th. I considered simply buying a new phone (I have an older trusty iPhone model 6, which is perfect size wise for me and all the functionality I require), but instead opted to order a new screen and install it myself. I had previously installed a high-capacity battery with no problems after watching YouTube about 20 times and working carefully, step by step. Well as luck would have it, there was more damage to the interior of the phone (home button and audio cable) and due to my injury, I was having difficulty seeing clearly. Thus, I opted to try and find a local repair shop or just buy a new (used) phone, something I really did not want to do or could afford at this time. I came across Apple RX, and after reading some of the negative reviews was a bit apprehensive but felt worst case scenario, I would just get a new (used) phone if mine was not able to be repaired.  I went there this morning about 10:00 AM, and with my broken phone and various parts and screws, organized and separated into ziplocs, I asked if it could be made functional again.  The owner looked it over and within a few moments had my new screen installed, along with the replacement cables and a screen saver, all of which he did not charge me for.  The phone turned on and works perfectly.  The home button being generic does not recognize my fingerprint, but that is a minor inconvenience considering all that was done. Please read all the reviews and come to your own conclusions.  Following my repair, I was able to schedule the follow up appointments necessary for my well-being. Mobile phones have become a necessity in these times, and it is reassuring there is someplace I can trust for a fair and high-quality repair.  If I could, I would give six stars to help offset some of the negative reviews.  Thank you for all your help.  I sincerely appreciated it.

The old band would not come off. This can be a problem with Apple watch bands. I took it to Apple RX in Landen OH. They were able to finally depress the lock button on back of watch. Then, they worked to get the old band slid off, cleaned off the band slots. This was done all while I was waiting. I am grateful for their excellent work and for the referall from ATT store.
