We were in the area and my Mr. wanted to switch carriers. This was the closest Verizon nearby. I didn't want to go to either Kenwood or Oakley because I I knew we were going to wait a long time. So this came up on google so we decided to check the it out. We were greeted by Randy. From there, everything was quality service. He was patient and explained all the options/plans they had to offer. Since my Mr. was switching and was a new customer, he was eligible to get a free phone. He was able to get the IPhone 12 mini for free. We were even able to bundle up so we can save money monthly. So I started to think about how old my phone was and asked Randy tons of questions. He was able to get me $350.00 off IPhone 14 Pro. Both me and my Mr was able to transfer our data from our old phone to the new one with no problem. My Mr. had some hiccups along the way with AT&T, however at the end, we were able to come up with a solution. While Randy was helping us, there were some customers that came in and he started to get busy. He didn't loose his cool and was friendly to everyone. He took care of tasks one at a time. I was pretty impressed with how he handled everything . Eventually, he got help when Jason walked in. He too was also knowledgeable and gave good service. I'd been thinking about changing cell phone carriers from AT&T for a while because I felt I was paying too much for lackluster service. My lady convinced me to check out her carrier, Verizon, so we decided to stop by a place. Since we were already in Blue Ash, we decided on this one, and I'm glad we did. Randy the employee there, was super friendly and helpful. We went on a Saturday around 10am and were the only ones there. I told Randy my situation and he showed me a list of plan options. I opted for the 5G Start ($70 a month, $5 less than my plan with AT&T and 5GB instead of just 2GB). However, thanks to AT&T, I couldn't unlock my current phone (a 2020 iPhone SE) to change carriers. So Randy made a great suggestion; since I was a new customer to Verizon, he could offer me a new iPhone 12 Mini for FREE with my new plan, and he would transfer everything from my SE to it. Of course I said an emphatic YES to this offer. My lady also asked if she could potentially upgrade her old phone, and Randy offered her $350 to trade in her phone towards a new one, which my lady was already eyeing the new iPhone 14 Pro. Also, Randy told us that if we combine our plans that we would pay even less per month, $60 a piece (she was paying $80 a month for just herself). So not only did we both get new phones, we noth got better plans, and are paying substantially less per month. We even both got new screen protectors installed because we're both a admittedly a little clumsy sometimes. My lady also got a protective case/card holder and a camera lens protector both for a great deal. Good-bye, AT&T! Hello, Verizon! The whole experience at this place with Randy was excellent. Without question the best experience at any cell phone store for me. Randy wasn't pushy and never pressured us into any upsales, he just listened and made suggestions based on our wants and needs.
