My new (lightly used) laptop! Works like a champ.
John R.

Purchased 3 Separate Times, All A+ I have purchased 3 separate times from this company. Every one of them was a positive experience. First time was iPad mini - was cheaper than expected. - eBay purchase. Second was iPad pro - great overall experience. They upgraded my shipping for free. Came in two days. - eBay purchase. Third order was a Macbook Pro - I emailed them wanting the best "lightly used" laptop with a few specific things (1TB HD, 16 GB Ram) and they showed me three examples. Purchased right from them. Overall an A+ in my book. Will be purchasing from them again.

Paid MORE than quoted.

My Mac mini was in "like new" condition and that's how I rated it when collecting quotes from sites. SellYourMac had the highest quote, they sent a box and a shipper, very easy. I included the original Apple box with an unwrapped power cord. They threw in a few EXTRA dollars because it was in such perfect condition. Can't beat that.

My trusty old Macbook Pro died unexpectedly whilst I was stationed far from home, and I was fortunate to have found this place as if by magic. Not only did I find a machine with better specs at a lower price than what I had anticipated having to pay, SellYourMac was also kind enough to accommodate my upgrade preferences (despite the relatively uncommon nature of such). Unfortunately, the machine I had initially chosen to purchase had a few issues which concerned me after a few days of quirky behaviour. When I phoned their office to discuss these issues, I was treated with kindness and put on a notify list for immediate service and/or replacement. Their warranty is NO JOKE, and my "new" machine ended up being replaced with a properly working model within a few days time. I'm very grateful to the SellYourMac crew for having helped me get back into a properly working machine, and definitely planning to do more business with them before heading back home to Florida. Thanks again, guys! =)

Reliable and fast, I got exactly what I was quoted for my MacBook. I sent it in a special FedEx box for laptops so I do recommend that.

Always sell my Apple products through SYM, several years now. Great customer service, prices, and communication.

But SYM is spot-on accurate in their descriptions, and I ended up with a great deal on a 2011 15" MacBook Pro.

I run an online business,…read moreso when I woke up to a laptop that would not turn on, I immediately panicked because my entire workday depends on my computer. I submitted a request on Yelp hoping someone could help me the same day, and Dean was the first to respond. Not only did he respond quickly, but he came directly to my residence at no extra charge, which was incredibly helpful and convenient. From the moment he arrived, Dean was polite, professional, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to look over the issue, explain what was going on, and help me understand my options. My laptop is definitely on its last leg, but he was able to get it working again and give it a little more life until I can purchase a replacement. What stood out most was how trustworthy and fair he was. His charge was only $75, which I thought was extremely reasonable, especially considering how quickly he responded and that he came to me. I was so grateful for his help that I asked him to invoice me for $100 instead. I already saved Dean's number in my phone because if I have any future laptop or computer issues, he will be the first person I call. I highly recommend Dean at Super Techs to anyone looking for reliable, honest, fast, and professional computer repair support.

The sales people are pushy. They want you to buy from them. That's why they label your purchases…read morewith an ID that relates the sale back to them. There was ONE person that worked with from 2002 until he left, probably 2018 ish. Great guy. Would listen, then show options, not push for XYZ and unload with the "benefits" of purchases that are fully first world luxury items. The past few years - back to people who will tell you that whatever is in your hand is perfect for you if they think that is what your socioeconomic status can afford. Outside of that, their prices are reasonable, not competitive. The checkout line takes forever, even if there are only one or two people in front as they don't monitor the length of the line and then get sales people to the register with any kind of expediency. It's a fun trip to see a vast accumulation of tech. But it's not so fun when I expect to see someone with a cattle prod come around the corner, looking a bit like someone from Falling Down, expecting me to let them sticker my box to receive sale credit even though they didn't help me select it. And, yes, I agree with the other posts: their service department is...atrocious. If they do know what they're doing, perhaps it's management (fiscal pressures) that don't let them do their jobs, fully. If you go to them expecting any sort of accurate diagnosis with your hardware problem, not to mention fixing it: it's probably better to figure it out yourself if you have that aptitude. If you have a warranty - easy peasy. They give you a gift card and you go to town and get whatever it is you need when your thing breaks. And, of course, warranty sales are VERY important to the sales people. You'll hear about it several times from several people with any purchase from 50 bucks and up.
