They will not provide a tracking number. Their communication is poor (slow, redundant responses & poor grammar) and their phone number does not work. They will then claim payment has not been made and request that you contact your bank or send payment again. Finally, they will lock you out of your account (luckily I saved screenshots). The Zelle account will be from a "Sabrina Harmon" and the communication is managed by the alias "Jimmy Sebastian", who also happens to have reviewed his own business right here on Google. Note that most of the reviews are from individuals with Russian names. I am reporting this scam to a multitude of government & non-government agencies, companies and organizations. If you have already been defrauded, I suggest filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), your state's attorney general office, your local police department, Google, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The biggest disappointment, though, is that he ultimately quit replying to our requests to rectify the problems. No response to text messages, email, or voicemail. We eventually gave up until we got a request for feedback over the summer. We completed the feedback, hoping they'd finally stand behind their work, but never got a response to that, either. We reluctantly contacted a competitor this week and were told that they might not be able to fix what's been done. Mistakes happen, but not standing behind your work and your word is unforgivable.

From there, everything was quality service. He was patient and explained all the options/plans they had to offer. Since my Mr. was switching and was a new customer, he was eligible to get a free phone. He was able to get the IPhone 12 mini for free. We were even able to bundle up so we can save money monthly. So I started to think about how old my phone was and asked Randy tons of questions. He was able to get me $350.00 off IPhone 14 Pro. Both me and my Mr was able to transfer our data from our old phone to the new one with no problem. My Mr. had some hiccups along the way with AT&T, however at the end, we were able to come up with a solution. While Randy was helping us, there were some customers that came in and he started to get busy. He didn't loose his cool and was friendly to everyone. He took care of tasks one at a time. I was pretty impressed with how he handled everything . Eventually, he got help when Jason walked in. He too was also knowledgeable and gave good service. We were in there longer than expected but we left happy with new phones and still saved money monthly.
