Outside of that, their prices are reasonable, not competitive. The checkout line takes forever, even if there are only one or two people in front as they don't monitor the length of the line and then get sales people to the register with any kind of expediency. It's a fun trip to see a vast accumulation of tech. But it's not so fun when I expect to see someone with a cattle prod come around the corner, looking a bit like someone from Falling Down, expecting me to let them sticker my box to receive sale credit even though they didn't help me select it. And, yes, I agree with the other posts: their service department is...atrocious. If they do know what they're doing, perhaps it's management (fiscal pressures) that don't let them do their jobs, fully. If you go to them expecting any sort of accurate diagnosis with your hardware problem, not to mention fixing it: it's probably better to figure it out yourself if you have that aptitude. If you have a warranty - easy peasy. They give you a gift card and you go to town and get whatever it is you need when your thing breaks. And, of course, warranty sales are VERY important to the sales people. You'll hear about it several times from several people with any purchase from 50 bucks and up.

I didn't see any reviews on here for them, but decided to give them a shot anyways, and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. I had purchased a computer on ebay that apparently had the wrong operating system and a ton of bootleg programs, which ultimately caused it to crash. The owner Chris, was awesome and showed me how to prevent this from happening again in the future. He opened up my computer where the battery goes, and showed me that it has the correct operating system stamped on there. He reinstalled the correct software for me, and over delivered on his promises. He quoted me a certain time frame, and he was super fast and proficient. I got my computer back just a few days after dropping it off. He also gave me a free virus protection program and saved everything that was on the hardrive and desk top. I was so relieved because I have my photography and graphic design stuff on here, and stupidly hadn't backed it up for awhile. Not only would they not sell it to me, they claimed that they would have to do it themselves and that it would cost $100 or more. Oh. And I still wouldn't get the install disc.
