After 35 minutes of standing in line my husband went in. I got to wait outside - too many people inside for me to go inside. Number of people is based upon square footage. Seriously??? There were 7 people in the store including my husband and the salesperson. My husband commented about the time he had to wait - the salespersons response was - "well, she was my 12:00 appointment." During the 35 minutes the line went from 4 deep to 8 deep. I The salesperson was very good and courteous. Didn't try to oversell him in other things. He was very helpful and attentive. He got a new phone and they put the new screen protector on. My husband asked why only a few people in the store at a time. They only allow 1 person per salesperson and only 1 salesperson can have a couple. It's a policy and he can't change it. At that point we did understand - but they post that on the door though. It took longer than expected. The young man doing the repair asked me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back in an hour and he still wasn't done and he seemed almost annoyed that Id come back. I left and came back an hour later. The repair was completed but the screen does not fit exactly like before. Its a small difference, but it isn't flush with the bezel and you can tell when looking at it from the side. Okay but not great.

She seemed confused on how to measure my wrist, I told her my size, she proceeded to fumble around measuring me to find out I was correct. Then she couldn't find the watch band I wanted so I said, "Forget it, just give me whatever comes with it." She asks me for my email and sends me a transcript of our convo and says to order it at home. I said, "Oh, I can't buy a watch today?" She was like, "Oh, you can, I can bring it out to you." This is the place I was directed to come when my inner phone screen was plateauing up. I have a…read morephone that requires some extra care and these were the guys to do it. Great customer service but so wish they could do better with appointments and estimates on how long you will be away from your phone. It's hard to give up your phone these days but you literally have to do it in order to make do with their queue system. It's just not easy at all to get an estimate on how long it's going to take and what not. You make an appointment to drop it off but there's no guarantee on when it's going to be done. The employees here are very helpful though and I was very appreciative of that.
