I received fantastic service at this Nike factory outlet I had purchased a couple pairs of Air Jordan basketball shoes from their online app and had problems with the sizing of them. Quick simple easy return and exchange in person. The employee that helped me really fast, friendly and very efficient so I was in and out and just a few minutes I arrived I just as soon as they opened I believe around noon time, and the place was full of shoppers. Wow definitely don't come here on the weekend. They are only allowing a few people in the store at one time due to social distancing covid restrictions. The line was significant ... looked like a line for a ride at kings island. Its bitter cold windy and not worth that line to get free shoes. So avoid cold days and weekends. read more

. When we walked in we received no greeting and the lighting immediately hit us and began worsening my migraine. While here we had questions about prices but couldn't find staff to support us. The store is definitely in need of an expansion as well - the foot traffic inside the store was overwhelming and made it difficult to move around or shop (this has always been my experience at this location). Typical Nike outlet that is well staffed with lots of foot traffic. Large selection of shoes for men, women and kids. Plenty of selection on accessories as well. Nike Factory Store - Cincinnati - Shoe Stores Near Me - Monroe, Ohio

I am a huge fan at finding the best price for an item. I am all about the outlet malls or a factory store, so I decided to check out Nike at the Monroe outlet malls to see if I could spruce up my running gear. I had looked online for an item, but when I arrived at the store, the item was not there. In fact, no item even similar to that was in the store. On their website, it was not marked 'online only'--so I was disappointed to make the drive only to find out it was not viewable in their stores. In the store itself, they did not have a big display of their products. I was greeted by a very cheerful employee, and she insisted on helping. I pulled up the website on my phone to show her what I was looking for. She assured me it was not in the store, but she insisted that her app/website as an employee had items on it that were not on the general public website, as she clearly wanted to make a sale that evening (not sure if she worked on commission or just wanted to help). She did find an item similar on her app, but it would never load on the Nike App for the general public. I did purchase the item knowing I could return it within 30 days if it did not work and also knowing I could not access this item without an employee, but I did not feel extremely comfortable knowing the item I purchased was not viewable from the customer's end. Overall, if you are looking for something specific and want to see if you can get it cheap, this store may be a good choice for you. I'd recommend perusing their website before arrival if you are wanting to stick to something specific. If you're looking for a good deal, and you just happen to be in the right place at the right time, they did have a small clearance section that may suite you. However, when I compared prices to what I saw at Dick's Sporting Goods, I felt like Dicks was cheaper and even offered a coupon. I went on a weeknight, so it wasn't packed... Welllllll hello there $44 Nike gym shoes! SHOES - 5 STARS The Nike Factory Outlet is a true outlet when it comes to sneakers. Every time I have come here I have never paid more than $50 for a pair of shoes. I would say the prices range from $30-$70 but by simply getting last years color you can get a hell of a deal. I love my new shoes. They are really breathable and my last ones lasted FOR-EV-ER. My only complaint is they are a bit narrow so just go in knowing that. CLOTHING - 3 STARS As for the clothing, hats, headbands, sports bras etc. They are barely discounted. I think 20% off was the highest I saw. So no, I am still not paying $89 for a pair of yoga pants. I get the quality but other brands are really stepping up their game in this department. So if you're looking for discounted clothing, don't get your hopes up. OVERALL - 4 STARS read more

Ok so the Nike factory has a great selection. The store is well lit and organized unlike other outlet stores I've been too. They have a a large selection of shoe sizes to chose from. They also are fully staffed and they are there to help you find what ever it is your looking for. The only thing that is an issue that I have noticed is the check out line is always seriously long. I guess you need to wait for the serious discounts that your going to save on your new shoes. read more

Three Stars however...Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Nike. I am a sneaker enthusiast and although I am no longer a huge shoe buyer, I still appreciate them. This location gets a fairly decent selection of top tier Nike products compared to other factory stores. The Nike Factory Store is a good place to get products for lower than retail price, however there are rarely great deals here (if you know how to look for the real deals in other places). 99% of the time you can get better deals at other stores around town or online. I think Nike should be able to provide better deals to their consumers especially since they are not having to deal with any middlemen by selling directly from their Factory stores. read more

I was there this year during Memorial Day weekend. I understand that due to coronavirus the store may not be ready to open but regardless to that, the manager should still be respectful. Most of the stores at Cincinnati Prime Outlet was closed but most posted that they were closed and would be opening soon or by May 27. This guys just opens the door and angrily says "we're closed" and shuts the door. If he didn't want to interact with people, all he had to do was post a sign stating they were closed. He could have also since he opened the door said, "sorry but we are closed but we will be open May 27, please come then." Saying it that way shows respect and shows that they would like future customers. This was my first time there and with attitude like that guy will prevent me from ever spending money there. Why go to a place that don't want to be nice to customers. No way will I go there. I will go to where they want customers. read more

This Nike outlet is located in Cincinnati Premium Outlet Mall. This location is always really crowded. The checkout lanes move fast. There is usually plenty of workers available to assist with selections. I tend to find more shoes for kids and women. Teenagers are picky and likely would prefer more recently released styles than are carried here. I can always find work out clothes and other Nike gear significantly cheaper than local retail stores. I place I frequent every few months. read more

However the discounts stop with the shoes... If you are looking for clothes might as well look else where. i won't even waist my time putting a rating on this store, because they are not good at all. The first time i called they leave me on hold for 50 min (that is RIDICULOUS). Just to let people know don't ever exchange you item in this store because when i did they suppose to credit the money back to my account the same day and is still haven't show up. I called the bank to verify and they say is not pending or nothing had been through. I called back to the store and they hang up on me the second time i call this lady was rude and she say i have to go to the bank and they can print the bank statement and even go through the corporate office, so the bank can pay me. When I originally went in and made my (pretty large) purchase the employees that I worked with were very kind and helpful. I had purchased a pair of shoes as a gift that turned out to be a bit small for the person who received them. I called in to the store and asked if I could have the person who received the gift come to the store without me and use my email address to look up the receipt and I was assured that it would be no problem. Fast forward to today when they took the shoes back to the store and looked for that same customer satisfaction and the employee that was being worked with could not find that transaction and said "sorry can't help" - the receiver of the gift called to let me know so I called back to the store and explained to the girl who answered the phone what I had communicated to the previous employee I spoke with. She was kind but didn't know what to do so said that she would go get her manager. This is where my poor rating comes into play at. The man that I spoke with was named Dylan - he answered the phone as though my call was an interruption to his day (when in fact - he is there to assist the people coming in and spending money in his store) and after I explained myself (for the fourth time) he asked me "well what do you want me to do about it." The person doing the exchange was in the store and I told him as much and Dylan said "So... what you want me to go out in the store and start screaming his name to find him?" I explained that he is waiting at the desk with the same person who told him I was on the phone. Dylan proceeded to sigh and stomp to the front of the store where I RE-gave all of the information yet again and was able to finally pull up my receipt and make the exchange. I cannot believe how rude this dude was and am honestly sad for all of the other employees who have to work under such an incompetent, lazy and disrespectful person.
