I went in to buy a new belt and both employees were rude as hell and disinterested in my situation with an utter lack of empathy. I still managed to find a belt and buy it on the spot. Two weeks later while in the same restroom at The True North convenience store, the new belt I had just bought broke right in half at the Buckle. Again I went to the fashion warehouse and they again were inhospitable and wouldn't help me it at all in exchanging the belt. So now I'm stuck holding my pants up as I walk around because I made the mistake of buying a cheap faulty product at a cheap store with inferior products that don't care when they break. I'll never shop there again.​

We passed them earlier, on the way to other brands. In a last ditch effort we entered. Reebok, you pleasantly surprised me. We were greeted upon entering, and were told what their Black Friday sale was. We made a bee line for the kid's shoes. There were tons of options for my eldest son. He liked the sporty styles. He even liked some of their classic looks. My daughter was the one who I was really looking for. There was less of a selection in her size. She still found one pair for now, and another in a half size up. Her choices were also a sporty pair and a classic one. Three of the four came with preformance insoles. Employees checked if we needed help a couple of time. I jokingly answered more clearance shoes in my daughter's size. I quickly followed with that I knew it was Black Friday, and I was joking. The young man said that he might, and he would go check. He came back a few minutes later empty-handed. He then appoligized for "wasting my time." I let him know it wasn't a waste, and that I really appreciated his efforts. Most employees in other stores weren't even making eye contact with customers. The guy behind the register joked with my kids, and seemed to be making the best of working retail on Black Friday. All the staff seemed to be in good spirits. My only real complaint would be that it was the hottest store we visited. Uncomfortably so. If I was paying the prices listed on the items, my review would probably be closer to four stars. That being said. Reebok did save the trip. We left with four pairs of kid's shoes. If they continue to have other such sales during the year... the same five stars all the way.

They have a clearance aisle full of shoes in the far right of the store. Half of the store has shoes for men, women, and the kids. The other half of the store is just clothing. Any other place you go, you may get a fake smile and hello...maybe, but at Maurice's they always greet you with enthusiasm and help you find what you are looking for. They always take your clothes to a fitting room so you don't have to carry them and ask if you need another size while you are in there. The personal shopping help is AWESOME! They also help you put outfits together (which is what I am bad at)! Plus the clothes are so cute and trendy! My whole wardrobe is from Maurices! I get compliments all the time on what I'm wearing!
