He then proceeds to spray the shoes with waterproofer without me asking for it. As he's ringing me up and after I slide my card, I notice the total is $10 higher than it should have been. He then plays dumb about it when questioned on why he added the spray without asking me if i wanted it on the shoes in the first place. I saw a few other pairs of shoes and was planning on coming back until they tried to beat me out of 10 bucks. Will not shop here again due to shady practices. Worst experience returning an item ever. I bought the shoes online and chose the pickup in store…read moreoption. I picked them up and took them home and put them on and walked through the house a couple of times. They hurt one of my feet but not the other. I put them back in the box and took them to be returned the next day. The manager looked at them and said "I can't give you a refund because they are dirty" I was shocked. The only dirt that could have been on them would have to be on the bottom and almost microscopic. I didn't imagine that they would have said they were dirty and worn. I almost believe that even if I had never taken them out of the box that the employee would have said that they were dirty. He was rude the entire time and said a couple rude comments and reprimanded me from across the store for bending a shoe to see how flexible it was ( if I tried it on and put weight on the shoe when walking it would have done the same thing bent the shoe duh) He also implied that he didn't even have to give me an exchange whenever I argued with him about them not being dirty and worn, and when I questioned him about telling me not to bend the display shoes. I ended up getting an in-store merchandise card (gift card) I later found out that footlocker has a D- better business bureau rating. Stay away from footlocker. Go to finish line or a dicks sporting goods.
