God forbid they have in stock what you needed. And the line was always long. But NOW it's AMAZING! It's the size and provides the selection that you would expect to find at any location. I was just browsing…read morein the mall and stumbled upon the semi annual sale in progress. most patrons in the store were shopping the advertised sale items throughout the store. Panties were $3.99: pair. Which was a great deal considering most were regularly priced at $10-$14 a pair. There is a pink store right next door he sales bind had items from both stores. The staff did a great job interacting and assisting as much as possible wig he large crowd of shoppers. The check out line was long with only one register open. Overall I had a good experience at this location and rate it equally with other Victoria Secret stores in terms of quality of product and value for the money spent.

I believe it is fair to give all your customers the flash sale deal since we all do spend our money on their mission. Hopefully they listen to their customers! We do not live in Springfield however we live near in a smaller village this goodwill is still closest to me. Best quality is the management & employees are happy, courteous & ready to help any one the best that they can. It hasn't always this way here; glad now administration figured it out & switched it up! Someone is always ready to help out if necessary & I will be back hopefully it will be our first flash sale!
