Only 1 semi-negative here: I have not seen any flash sales here! Waiting since they started the flash sales and... never once yet! Which does bother me since I don't waste time or gas to drive to any other stores in the Miami Valley ... I have been waiting patiently for Springfields flash sale! I believe it is fair to give all your customers the flash sale deal since we all do spend our money on their mission. Hopefully they listen to their customers! We do not live in Springfield however we live near in a smaller village this goodwill is still closest to me. Best quality is the management & employees are happy, courteous & ready to help any one the best that they can. It hasn't always this way here; glad now administration figured it out & switched it up! Someone is always ready to help out if necessary & I will be back hopefully it will be our first flash sale!

The items that are any good go online to sell so literally junk is being priced higher than most stores sell new items. It's sad because a few years ago this was a great place to thrift . I realize the workers are not the ones responsible but the main supervisors have a hand in setting the prices . And the older lady supervisor is super rude that works there no personality at all. The others seem nice.

I hadn't been in this store since before Covid until today, and it remains as nice as ever. Covid-wise: There's a big thing of sanitizer when you walk in, employees are wearing masks, there are social distancing tape marks at the check out, and the back to back check outs are divided by a plastic curtain. Several customers weren't wearing masks properly but nobody seemed to care. I witnessed some questionable customer service today. I know employees are sometimes there learning job skills, so I try to keep that in mind.

I've shopped this store for 18 years. Yesterday I was in with my daughter and granddaughter…read more There was a worker there that I'd seen before. She was older and wore here gray hair in a knot on top of her head. She had brought out a cart of goods to be shelved. I was clearly looking at it and twice she aggressively yanked it away from me. I thought it was rude, but didn't say anything. Later, she was cleaning out dressing rooms and was audibly cussing. She opened a door and said? " Son of a bitch" quite loudly. My daughter and granddaughter were standing right there. My daughter looked at her and said, "Excuse me? You are cussing loudly and my daughter is right here!" The conversation escalated after that. The "knot top" worker would not stop arguing and told my daughter several times to "get a life"! My daughter walked to the front counter and asked for a manager. Then this "manager" (who was not the head store manager) told her to "calm down" and sided with "top knot"! I couldn't believe what I heard! I've encountered this woman several times in that store and have heard her using profanity many times. I've watched her throwing items on the shelf. This has NO place in a retail or public setting. And for a manager to support said worker and argue with a customer is just plain wrong. I've donated and purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise over the years at this store. How dare they treat people like this? How dare they have an employee who cusses loud enough for customers and children to hear them? Any normal person would know how unacceptable this is!!
