We spent thousands of dollars there and were told we were getting a low profile base around 2…read moreinches under our mattress. The delivery guys laughed when they arrived and said it was the thickest platform base they had and was closer to 6 inches. I wanted them to take it back, but they said we had to call the store. They told us to contact the store so we could find something lower and left. We called the store immediately and told them. The store said the platform base is the one thing they can't change once it's left at the home. I would have never let the delivery guys leave it if I'd known that. Our bed is about 4 to 5 inches higher than expected because of this it's blocking a couple head board drawers. They never had any compromises or anything, just your screwed. The bed itself was a good price just don't believe anything they say around the platform bases because they flat out lied about the height of them. Michael confirmed the base was 2 inches today on the phone and I said there are metal bars that are 4 inches off the platform, so it's 6 inches in total. He said that may be true but I didn't realize it. Good price on the mattress bad overall setup experience. I have all the extended warranties for these but I bet they aren't worth the paper they're written on with this kind of customer service. I'm looking for a couple more mattresses for my kids and I would not revisit this location.

2 stars is 2 generous…read more Teenage workers were ZERO help with directions on where to park / enter the mall, and absolutely DOUBLE ZERO help when I called the store after entering the mall and talked to them for 10 minutes while trying to navigate my way through the mall and locate their store. Then they ( both female employees ) were dismissive and rude when I arrived to pick up my online order. Will never return.
