I purchased something from him that he advertised and verbally confirmed with me was in "brand new" and "perfect," shape. I trusted his word and did not scrutinize the product on delivery. As soon as he left, I learned that what I bought from him had significant damage and did not come with all that was advertised. I contacted him to reconcile the situation, and he lied to me twice, then blocked me on social media and text and stoped responding (this is a new account so I can leave this review).
