Every store was packed with Christmas items and people. Very long lines. If you're willing to wait, it's not a problem. It usually moves quick. Just beware it is the Holidays! I got there at 7:30 for an oil change, no appointments, first come first serve. I wanted the tires rotated, but that can't happen, due to Walmart policy, since they were dry rotted, I was told. Tires are 6 years old and needing replaced, which usually mean research, and trying to find the best deal on Michelins. So I asked for a tire quote and said I wanted all new valve too. Quick quote, no Michelins, they have Goodyears, was told last week the Goodyears were discounted due to Black Friday, of course, so I did a quick internet search.... price for the Goodyear tires seemed in line with other "tire" places so I said OK. When can you get me in, we'll we have an 8am appointment, but if they don't show up, your next, it,'s 8am and the oil change is done. I'm told they give a 15min. grace period. Well the 8am doesn't show up.....I'm right in. Next issue is my 08' Accord has one piece valve stem and TPMS, they only have three, but they call the other Walmart in Springfield, bam they have the one piece TPMS I need. Walmart does not have runners, so I call, Richelle, tell here the story and say we can go to breakfast after the part transportation trip. Richelle picks me up, we do a round trip, when I get back I'm told the other tire will be done in 20min. We go to breakfast at Studebaker's, and I got the text that the job is done. Accord has new shoes. I got text updates the whole time. Staff was friendly. Service was quick. Thanks to the 8am who didn't show up, so go early.

He was missing a hospital discharge paper and the guy that usually is the manager was not the manager that day my brother tried to come back to work and he fired him while he gave him the choice of resigning so he would get his 401k or he would just fire him on the spot. Just because he didn't have an emergency room discharge paper which is insane. My brother almost died for God's sake and gave Walmart 21 years of his life didn't call off but twice in 21 years. So I don't like them because of that but also I am banned from the store on becthle Avenue because as a homeless person I think a lot of places look for any reason to ban you but what's crazy and I still have my receipt as I spent $162.34 in that store I then left and put in the hair dye that I had just bought and I went outside and then my head started burning literally burning so I ran inside to rinse it out because it was an emergency so a customer complained to an employee and the customer or sorry the employee rather came in and so what are you doing I said I'm rinsing my hair dye out I'm not staining the sink it's blonde you see any stain whom am I bothering? She said well we had a customer complaint because not everyone can breathe the chemicals I said I understand that ma'am but my head is on fire she said you're going to have to leave right now I said well okay then I'll go to the hospital because you won't let me rinde it out and my head's on fire so I went to the hospital I had to call the squad and I actually had chemical burns on my head because I could not rinse it out until I got to the emergency room and they rinsed it out for me and then I was in the ICU for 3 days because of the severity of the burn and the pain. But yeah being banned from Walmart is just another day in the life of a homeless person even if you spend over $150 in there they want to ban you because you don't make the place look good and I understand I am homeless not by choice but If I may say...Come on Walmart you even banned Damon Darling and all he ever did was help people and give them money to buy you're overpriced crap in your store. So I hope more people do go to groceryland or Target or Aldi or anywhere but Walmart because the way they treated me I just felt like complete scum. And I was in so much pain having to go to the hospital because they wouldn't let me rinse it out I mean come on Walmart what are we doing? This is where we do 90% of our Christmas shopping every year. 2 years ago we spent $7000.00 on Christmas at this Kohls. We always get tons of Kohls cash to spend. This year or not celebrating Christmas until January 3 because we have kids in the military and our kids are scattered. with that being said I was really frustrated this year. They had next to no women's under Armour sweatshirts. I have a couple daughter-in-law's that love their leggings and love their under armor sweatshirts this first year I couldn't get any. Okay no biggy well usually they have tons of the cutest clothes for jumping beans for the smaller kids for the grandkids that we have. They didn't have anything this year. I was really disappointed with the selections that they had this year and even though we spent comparable to what we spent two years ago, I didn't spend half of that at Kohl's this year, because the Pickens were so slim as really disappointed but the couple thousand that we did spend at the store our cashier the way he begged stuff as he wanted everything up in a ball and threw it in the bag. He did not fold one item so when I got home to take everything out of the bags and we had several of their giant bags full everything is wrinkled, and everything looks horrible. I was extremely embarrassed when I folded everything and put it in boxes for the kids and grandkids to open. I got questioned why is everything so wrinkled and I had to explain to them I want the cashier had done. I worked for Sears for years and we were always taught to fold everything. Nice and neat and put it in a bag neatly. I just feel like with everyone getting lazier and retail the one company that we've always been able to count on was Kohl's and this was just really frustrating this year, like even stuff that comes from Amazon is folded nice and neat and put in packaging and that's going through the mail and being tossed in the packages thrown about by male people. You just wouldn't expect that with Cole. I understand that they have help for the holidays, but they really need to train their employees better.

They are unapologetic and seem to not even be concerned that they have not communicated any updates or that you have not received a product of which you have ordered and pre-paid several hundred dollars. They make zero attempt to compensate you in any way for delays or problems. I would not use this company for anything unless there is a change in ownership. I hesitate in saying that the customer service was bad because it was plain nonexistent. It is very clear that they do not care about their customers and stay in business due only to lack of local options.
