Over the course of a few weeks, we sent them over (150) Stainless Steel 20oz YETI Ramblers for both corporate branding and wedding favors. We never went more than a few hours without a response to a question; and from the time the order was placed, to delivery of completed product was often less than (7) days. Anyone who knows about YETI knows they are expensive (almost $30 per cup)! But CLS Graphics managed to complete our order with (5) different types of artwork without sacrificing a single one, saving us money. After hearing the quantities we were looking to order, CLS ran a sample of our artwork free of charge so we could evaluate their work - and of course, it was more than adequate! CLS navigated the curve balls and order revisions we threw at them efficiently and always with professionalism. I came on Dec 23rd with a box of 12 fleeces and he didn't even flinch at the fact that I needed them next day. The prices are reasonable and the service is phenomenal. People like that reviewer are the ones that email once and then leave a bad review. I would recommend calling or going in -- you won't be disappointed. I got there at opening time on Christmas Eve and there were several people picking up so I know they were busy and yet, it all got done and the quality of the work was excellent. i've been here twice and honestly will probably never be back. the first time was very neutral, the…read morewomen working were kinda just like oh a person and left me alone. no problem with that, id rather people be neutral than anything. the selection is kinda ? large but not super diverse if that makes sense, at least for yarn. also a bit old, but i don't mind. found some nice discontinued yarn cheaper than it costs currently! the reason i probably will not be back is the last time, when i walked in whoever was at the register just gave me a look like i ruined her entire day because i exist. it just kinda put me on edge and started making the store feel cramped and like i really just needed to leave, grabbed some needles and a crochet hook i needed and when i went to pay the woman at the register just. had such an evil look on her face any time she looked at me. when i paid she made sure to hand my change back by sitting it on the counter over to the side and did the same with my items despite me reaching for them? the only thing i said to her was hi how are you when i entered. i just found that odd, any time i've done things like that as a cashier was with an unruly customer as my way of being petty. when i use these needles i just think of how i felt so uncomfortable i was literally shaking. there's literally no reason for that, it's a craft store. i get that's a common theme in craft stores but jesus christ, this is why i unfortunately purchase online mostly rather than supporting my local stores.

The embroidery was for my Grandmother, as I had been given word just days before that my Grandfather was gravely ill. We thought we had about two weeks. We did not. When I called to see if there was any way I could place a rush on my order, there was no hesitation. The order was complete the very next day, and they called to advise me as such. There was no extra charge, and even the final charge was on the lowest end of the initial quote. I can't say enough good things about this business and its people. Thank you!
