Delta has great customer service with no/low pressure sales. Always happy to chat and discuss products with no rush to buy. For a "small shop" they have an impressive selection of products that are actually relevant to the customers in the area unlike many big box stores. Prices are very reasonable, since most people assume smaller stores have higher markups, Delta is an exception to that. I looked on their website to look for a reasonably priced gun and found it.Went up to the place and it looked like a little hole in the wall business and it was, much to my delight. Ordered the gun but had to pay a couple of extra service charges such as credit card fees but it still came out about 20% less than what I would have paid for it elsewhere. The mgr. Kevin was very good and extremely polite, which I find very refreshing . It did take a little longer than normal to ship it, but it wasn't their fault. They called me as soon as it arrived and zoomed up there to get it. Kevin once again was through and nice and thanked me for my business. I would highly recommend them. Nobody's perfect so alas I had to give them 4 stars instead of five. I think that if you went there , you wouldn't be disappointed. Best kept secret in Urbana. read more
