They honored a minor repair under warranty with no issues and chased down another problem that turned out to be the electrical contractors fault. Would buy my spa again from Tim. Delivery did not go the smoothest as my one point of criticism. I talked directly to Tim about it so my complaint wasn't blown off or anything like that. Pro tip: know in advance what direction you want your spa cover lift to go and which direction you want your service panel to go. Go through the manual's installation manual to make sure all steps have been done including closing a drain port in the motor. You're gonna have a bad time if someone decides for you or forgot a step.

I feel like I'm actually being taken care of and they make my pool management easy. If I bring in a water sample they chemically evaluate and recommend what I need to put it back in balance. They tend to be more expensive than the other pool place in Troy but with Knickerbocker I am able to manage my pool with little effort. That means I get to spend more time in it. However, once we paid and the delivery process began it got dicey. Things took way too long to get to us, and you never know who you got on the phone for service. The Covana is nice, but it has been a nightmare to get proper installation of the shades that go with it. Have spoken to managers and then they pass me to the next person and they never call back when they say they will. Still working to complete properly the install of the Covana shade clips for something we ordered 4 months ago. Recently, an installation person came out and put a clip up that came off two days later. Overall, it has been a maddening process. I'm not typically a negative review writer, but this one had to be written.

They were more than helpful help figure out my problem. You just don't see that kind of customer service these days. I was very impressed with their knowledge and service. He helped troubleshoot the issue by phone. AND it was past their closing time. Unfortunately, I purchased my tub from a company in Columbus. They sent a tech (in the loosest since of the word.) and charged me almost $700 to come and check it out. they replaced a fuse and off they went. Needless to say, a huge waste of money. I will give all of my future business to Spa Direct and credit is to Ralph. He is very knowledgeable and more than happy to help. Great Job!
