She would say her phone lines were not working, Internet down, forgot to call us back, and continually strung us along. We would show up at the business to get a response. Then she said we could text her, which did not help at all. The lies she came up with were absolutely ridiculous. I finally demanded a refund. Do not EVER go there because they are nothing but liars and drama. I wish I would have read all of the other Yelp reviews that had the exact same experience that we had because I wouldn't have wasted so much time. I will make sure to let other people know about their extremely POOR customer service. I am absolutely surprised this company is in business. The WORST service I have ever dealt with in my life. They are unapologetic and seem to not even be concerned that they have not communicated any updates or that you have not received a product of which you have ordered and pre-paid several hundred dollars. They make zero attempt to compensate you in any way for delays or problems. I would not use this company for anything unless there is a change in ownership. I hesitate in saying that the customer service was bad because it was plain nonexistent. It is very clear that they do not care about their customers and stay in business due only to lack of local options.
