We had yet another issue where we got a bra out of the sale bin and also had a RED MARK WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY SAID THAT THIS MEANS IT ON SALE. She came up to the counter not looking at the bra and said if it isn't ringing up its not on sale. Fully not acknowledging the red mark and the fact that we were told it was on sale. No apologies nothing. The other workers were nice but the lady with thin black hair, was one of the worst service experiences I have had in a long time. Me and mother spent $200 to be treated horribly. Never will I come back and I suggest no one else does.

The selection that they carry is a lot more than a lot of the other FYE's. The employees here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. So why no five stars? Well first off its an FYE so their prices for anything non-used are pretty outrageous. They always have decent sales going on, but for just regular from the rack items..holy hell. Now the big reason it's not a five star review..and the reason I feel it's too much to even give four stars for..is that again it's an FYE and they have that horrible practice of harassing you at the registers to join their club or buy a magazine subscription or sign up for these other things. I will never understand the ideology behind basically punishing your customers for actually making a purchase with this harassment. It's not the cashiers fault either, as I assume they have quotas to meet and get disciplinary action against them if they don't meet them. So yeah, it's super cool to have a great conversation with an employee, joke around and have a good time, then completely piss them off at the registers by turning down all their offers. Such a great dynamic you've created for your customers FYE!

The employees were amazing, the store was clean and the products were exceptional. However move forward a year and the bechtle Ave store was closed and combined with the east main st store. I have nothing good to say about it. The store is small, youre not acknowledged when you come in, it smells horrible in there, the products have staples or nails sticking out. I cut my leg on whatever was popping out of the furniture. The employee acted as if that was normal and it was "just a scratch". Honestly I was afraid to touch anything because I was worried that a bug might crawl out or onto me. Completely disgusting.

And ALL that love, and the store's proceeds pay to help pay for care. Care of animals that are sick, frightened, often tortured, or even starved. These people are angels on the earth!!! They work hard and may get very busy or tired. I can give them that! :) Whatever they charge I just go ahead and pay. It's all about loving the fur babies and each other.

They have Bridgeford meat snacks, which is a good reason for me to shop at Dollar General and they have good coupons on the register tape for an upcoming Saturday.
