I purchased 9 items for around $170, which included some excellent clearance items. A big plus too is how nice and friendly the ladies are that work there. I love your store, the clothes are beautiful and fit well, and it's close to my home, a perfect…read morelocation because there really isn't much like it in our town. A -simple- friendly greeting when I walk in would be appreciated, and you always do just that. But it never stops there. I'm hounded constantly, and bothered by your associates, they ask me if I need help finding anything. They ask me if I need a fitting room, and worse, they hover around me making constant unsolicited suggestions when they don't know me, what I like, or what I'm looking for. They want to give me their two cents on things I briefly glance at. And then when I finally get rid of one another usually comes along and does the same thing. I'm sad to write this, but I do so because I just now put back my items and left and I wanted you to know why. You see, I talk all day at work, I deal with people all day, And then I come home and talk to my kids all night. For just one minute, All I wanted was to browse your store in peace after a long day of work, maybe buy a few things for my spring trip, but instead it was like a high pressure car sale. Please, please stop it with the hovering, and the intense bothering. Your store is small. I can see it all with my eyes, I don't need you to point things out or act as if I'm unintelligent for not picking up the shirt that was "made to go with those pants." It's gotten worse with time, and I've heard others say the same. Please, please stop. I want to enjoy my experience in your store and your associates won't leave me alone long enough to have the chance.

I have well over 50 pairs of leggings from them and to be treated this way was sad. My daughter who is 7 was doing the "dance" and I asked if we could use their bathroom since she couldn't hold it. They said no. They said I had to take her out the store and around the block. I understand rules. I truly do. I understand accommodating customers too. If it was because I was lazy I totally understand. My daughter was ready to have an accident. I told the manager I was really disappointed in the way it was handled. The manager was not friendly and basically defensive and the girl I had the issue with walked away. Had I been confrontational I would've absolutely understood. I wasn't. I think I'll stick to online or Lululemon across the street. They were so much friendlier.
