I was blown away for starters by the customer service from multiple employees. One found me a shoe in a size that wasn't even on the floor, another brought a different size to the dressing room, and a third suggested a better way to complete my transaction! Now keep in mind the stuff here is brand name and higher end than, say, a Marshalls, but I still found a ton of good deals. I saw higher end brands like Tory Burch, Birkenstock, Democracy, and more. I got a $200 free people dress for $35! It's now definitely worth checking out and could be dangerous... I got so much stuff!

Staff was made to stand at the entrance to welcome the customers super sweet. So for people who have been to NR it's definitely a couple of notches above TJ Max but the model is similar. So there is section for male, female, kids clothing and shoes. They also have a home section along with jewelry, make up, perfume, sunglasses and handbags. Lots for everyone. This particular one has lots of parking and very centrally located. Prices are fair to the brands they offer. Oh I forgot they also have some snacks right near the check out. Enjoy shopping at this location.

Anything you need for cold weather is here! If it kept us warm in Antarctica, it can keep you warm wherever your travels may take you. Staff was great too and led us right to the items we were looking for. All in all it a great place, but the deals are few and far between, so be prepared to pay full price (comparable to any online merchant).

The reason why I'm not giving it a fantastic review it is because I worked there for almost a year. Although it wasn't an awful working there are a bunch of teenagers there that choose to do little to nothing and yet they are still able to maintain the hours that they want When I touch a banana republic right around the corner from them they said that a lot of the gap employees end up going there anyways because it's a better work environment

A minute later the man shouts at me again from across the store, this time I see him and he chastises me first by saying when I first said hello i was trying to tell you the price like I'm some kind of child of his needing to teach me how to be polite. Sorry, you can greet customers all you want, but that doesn't mean they have to greet you back and then when you mention it when all they want to do is shop in peace, it just creates an adversarial situation. So, no, I won't be back. Also, the two workers were loudly talking about how overworked and underpaid they were. They didn't even care if they were overheard! Very unprofessional and gospel music and talking about god on the radio, no thanks.

If looking to coordinate matching outfits, or semi matching outfits for children, Carter's is one of the easiest brands to do so with. At this particular location, it is so smart that that they have activities to keep little ones busy built into the register area. It is so much easier to pay when children are otherwise busy. Well stocked, especially on Black Friday. They were also the second cleanest store we visited that day. First place went to their sister store Oshkosh. These two stores seem to be being well managed. They were clearly prepared for the holiday shopping rush. Points may be earned through their rewards program. The program is good at Carter's, Oshkosh and Skip Hop. One point is earned for every dollar spent.

The two ladies we met today were very pleasant and are typical of the quality service we always seem to get from WHBM. Perhaps the only exception: PRO TIP: This is not the location I would recommend to pick up something ordered on-line. They don't receive a commission on these items and are aggravated with the practice. The only blemish on their customer service image would be to not purchase an item directly from the boutique. You may not want to mention you found their store by using Yelp. One of the ladies believes it to be a tool to sabotage small businesses. Unfortunately, I think my attempt to repair her thought process was a failure. It was also a bit of a drag when I learned that there is no public restroom. In other WHBM stores, an associate will escort you to the "employee only" bathroom. Especially if it's urgent and they know you don't make it a habit. No biggie. I went next door and ended up finding something really cool that was on sale. So, win-win. We found a couple of nice accessories that didn't break the bank, so success to us! 05/22

I love their clothing, their accessories...and ESPECIALLY their customer service. They are truly the best when it comes to helping you find something specific. Truly, if I had done my own "perusing," I would NOT have found the amount of options that he found for me, nonetheless given a thought to some of the items he picked out that actually looked really good! I have had other experiences at other WHBM stores where the customer service is outstanding at helping you find something to wear for events. But seriously, you'll want to hit up the Deerfield Town Center location some time if you are on a mission. They will TOTALLY help you out. They are my go-to for "on mission" outfits!
