First time I have ever had this happen that a store does not stand behind what they sell. I decided to take the shirt, find thread that matched and sew the button on myself. And I may go in there and just buy a bunch of other stuff! I had to call Thule's 800 number after multiple attempts to unlock my bike rack with no real assistance from the place I purchased it. The customer service representative on the phone with Thule gave me RRT's address and phone number. I called and Emily was doing her "bookwork" but she walked up front and handed the "master keys" to her sales help in the store. They seemed to be expecting me when I arrived and Dalton walked out to my car with me. As the customer service representative on the phone had told me, there is a ring of 100 keys and Dalton tried every one of the them. Luckily, we found it after almost 70 different keys but I was treated so well. They didn't have to help me, I didn't buy the Thule Bike Rack from them. But this will be the first place I go in the future! According to Dalton, they offer FREE installation! It's a nice store in Old Milford and it's apparently been there since 2010. I have been biking the trail for years and I promised Emily, no more Thule from anyone but Roads, Rivers and Trails! They ROCK!!!!!!!! They also have a lot of very attractive clothing and equipment. I told him after a year goes by, I'll stop bringing them back in. Already ordered replacement ridge pants that hopefully hold up better (not as light as Meridian unfortunately). I'm not looking for handouts, but want to get my money out of them so it's not a complete waste (I have all the colors). Now I've lost a lot of confidence in the company as a whole. I have a lot of their clothing, backpacks, and accessories. Before, I was assured that the quality is so good that they'll stand behind it. You can on online order all you want but coming in the shop beats everything in my book.

But last time I was, they didn't have any Hokas, and they had a walking track around their shoes area. The search kept saying only 3 stores carried them and two of them were in KY. One e of those was Dicks. So we decided to drive to our local one. The point: (Told ya I'd get here ) Making my way to the back of the very clean and organized store, the heavens parted and I heard angels singing-it was really a baby crying but I snapped to reality rubbing my eyes in disbelief at what I was seeing! Hokas!! And not just a few pairs-a whole designated section of them! I promptly shoved my hubby and the crying baby out of the way, calm down this is all mental lol, and made my first pick. Scanned the shoe's barcode in a scanner, and out popped a young man almost instantaneously to serve me. Was it meant to be? Ohh yes. The comfort, the immediate relief on my feet! I was being propelled forward to walk as if these babies were one with body. I boxed them up. Said yes to the shoe. The hubby said aren't you going to try on others? I said, "I found the truth. There is no other. Now go pick yourself out a pair." Lol He did. And he tried on two just because he likes to overachieve. But he settled on the first pair he tried on which, by the way, was the same model as mine only mine are cooler looking. He found the truth too. And the prices were comparable to what's out there so I was happy! Do you want the same experience? Do your feet hurt in your other expensive gym shoes?? Dicks on Montgomery Rd has it.
