Said no thanks and picked up our item. While loading it in the cart, another employee pressed us a lot about getting their card. How we should both get it, and kept pestering. We finally broke free and we're heading to the register only to be pounced on by another guy about a new time share! Even after many attempts to break free he was instant on the giving us all the info. Phew! Finally ditched this one, and made it to the register. Thank goodness the cashier only pelted us with lame jokes. Once out of the store we felt as though we had survived a very ridiculous episode of some crappy reality show. Needless to say, I'll stick to Amazon from now on.

If you want to find deals you really have to comb through every rack and section of the store. It can be worth it if you have time. Beware they've started selling full priced merchandise here now too. The shoes seem to be the best area for a deal along with the youth sports section when your sport is off season. The workers are always nice and it's worth a stop in, but just not as good as when it first opened. Lots of parking options.

They had all the shoes we wanted to compare and Sean was very knowledgable and answered any questions we had and even ones we didn't know or think to ask. Any options she knew she wanted to try were brought out and even a few more to make sure she was satisfied with her choice. Sean was personable, patient and eager to help. After the custom fitting, he suggested for her to move up a half size from what she'd been wearing. She has a history of foot issues and I was excited to see how this would help. One day in and she's noted that she's much more comfortable. Sean seemed to really care about making sure we chose the right shoes and gear and we were never rushed. From start to finish, I can't think of another time I was this impressed with the level of service received. We'll happily recommend Up and Running any chance we get and will be back for future needs.

I drove to the Centerville location and spoke to staff there. They at first had no idea what I was talking about then one employee said that they didn't set it aside and it was still on the shelf. When they pointed it out, it was a women's size large. This was incorrect but they told me the Kettering employee told them women's size large. Mind you, I was standing next to the Kettering employee when he called over and at no point did he say women's size. The employee then wandered back to the service section to continue her conversation with other staff without any further offer of help or assistance. I would stick to the Kettering location if you need customer service or any type of actual help.

They didn't have my husband's MTB size in shop, and Giant wasn't shipping bikes to shops at the time (late fall), but said we could order/pay through Giant and have it shipped to and assembled at the shop for no additional cost. They worked with us on navigating the purchase. The Giant website didn't cooperate with VPN; we had to re-purchase after Giant auto- canceled our order because with our VPN they couldn't verify our IP address. That's how tight the bike market is! Ok, got it done, and K&G actually had it ready a day earlier than expected.
