After being a semi-pro myself and not bowling for 15yrs, I had a TON of questions on the latest and greatest stuff. He stayed over an hour after the shop closed on Dec 23rd, right before Christmas. I had him drill up 4 new balls for myself and family and even after staying so late for me he still took the time to ensure everything was 100% perfect. Lastly, I was interested in buying something and he was the first to tell me NOT to buy it. He is not there just to make a sale, he wants you to have the best equipment for you. He won't just sell crap to make a sale and that says a LOT about the reason someone is in business to begin with. Love this place and going back today for more family members!!
