The store hours for this location posted both online and on the door were 10am-8pm. The doors were locked. Not one, but two store employees saw me at the door, turned, then walked away. I knocked politely on the door and they turned and went into the back room. When I finally went back to my car and went to leave, the two associates that hid in the backroom were at the counter counting the tills. I went back to the front door, but instead of acknowledging me, they chose not to ignore their customer, again Guess they didn't want their pics included.

I was there with my daughter today, she has wide feet and finding shoes for homecoming last year was so difficult, we couldn't find them anywhere--not even DSW. We decided to look anyway before trying to order something online. I am pleased to say they had really cute prom shoes in wide width! Not only that, they had a few options, and they didn't charge extra for them. They always have a few really cute options in clearance for my size, which is nice since I wear a super basic 8.5M and those are usually sold out. The cashier was pleasant, and was able to relate to my daughter's vision for her prom outfit, which was cool.

People are lined down the aisle way waiting to check out in the only open check out lane. There are boxes all over the place, racks are completely messy, honestly looks like the end of Black Friday in here. Employees are just wondering around looking like they're tidying up when they should be opening more check out lanes. I don't know if they don't pay people enough to get workers, but this is ridiculous.
