I literally jumped off both feet when I saw where we were heading. Bring on the soft, buttery, feels like your naked leggings. I was here for it! I had previously bought a pair quickly awhile back and I got one that was too big (I would size down in leggings!) and had been talking about getting a pair that fit better. The staff here define the definition of customer service. They helped me choose what I was looking for, took my items to the fitting room and had it marked with my name. Talk about going out of the way for the customer and spicing it up with some personalization! I think it's common that we all just naturally love to see our name, am I wrong? I went and was greeted with the sweet fitting room assignee. She was great and checked in with me multiple times (and others) while fitting my clothes. I asked about the notorious belt bags and she snagged me one in black! I was shining as bright as some of the colors the store offers in items. I wasn't greeted when I entered, no one checked in to see if I needed assistance, and I wasn't offered help with a fitting room or sizing. I also noticed that many merchandise displays looked picked over, and there was visible dirt and debris on the floors. With the store being relatively quiet and multiple team members available, I expected more attention to both customer engagement and overall presentation. I know lululemon is known for exceptional hospitality and creating an elevated shopping experience, which is why this visit was disappointing. The store has great potential, and I hope future visits better reflect the level of service and attention to detail that the brand is known for.

There are a decent amount of good stores (American Eagle, Soma, Victoria Secret, Sephora, Kendra Scott, Bath & Body Works, Books & Co.) and some okay restaurants (Panera, Chipotle, Cheesecake Factory, The Pub, Coronado Taco), but there is a lot of empty restaurants as well as random stores. The two main nicest restaurants are now gone so you are only left with one higher end steak house. They definitely need to figure out how to revitalize the area. Parking is ample.

The sales people here seem more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping the customers. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the sales people seem snobby and aloof. In terms of value their clothing is expensive although when on sale with my professional discount it's pretty much the same as many alternatives. I find the quality very high and the clothing flattering. One thing to note if you are not familiar with the brand the sizes run small. While I typically wear a size 0, XS in most brands I wear a 6 in most items at Lululemon although I tried a tank today in a 6 that was too tight. The S/XS Oversized Scuba hoodies fit great, and I have the hooded, fleece, and funnel versions so I believe the oversized versions fit true to size but I don't find that I am swimming in them all. I'm 5"1 and 106 pounds for reference. Definitely recommend but would also recommend making the trip to the store to try on as well!
