He thought that it may take 1 to 2 weeks if he had to order parts for it. 2 days later he called and said it was ready to be picked up! It didn't need any parts. He said a couple of loose solder joints and cleaned the switches. What an honest business! This guy loves to talk vintage audio and he has become my go to guy for all of my electronics.

Two days ago I walked into this Best Buy location to purchase a couple sturdy phone cases for my new phones. I walked right up to a young man in the phone accessories section and asked his opinion on one of the three cases I was considering. All three of them had different price points. There were two specifically that were almost exactly the same model, the only difference is that one is apparently able to charge with some brand new Apple charger that's out. I told him that I did not have that charger, nor was I looking to get it anytime in the near future. "I just need something that will keep these new expensive investment safe." On a sidenote, I already knew EXACTLY which case I was going to get! This young man, who doesn't get commission by the way, listen to EVERYTHING I said and suggested the exact one! DANIEL: "well, if you don't plan on getting that charger anytime soon there's no reason to spend an extra $40 on each is there?" I like this kid so much I bought two bad ass screen protectors for these phones too. There's nothing better than a sales professional that adds value and thinks about the client before themselves. The people working were nice. We opted to go elsewhere because they didn't have what we wanted. The store was clean and bright.
